Senza cura

Non saprei dirlo.Forse il solo fatto che la struttura era a 3 minuti dal mare e dalla bellissima piazza di mondello.

Lenzuola sporche,carta igienica iniziata,la TV in cucina e non in stanza quindi se qualcuno volesse rilassarsi davanti la TV o ti siedi su una sedia per guardarla o non c'è altra soluzione.Accesi entrambi i condizionatori più fono saltava la luce quindi alla fine potevi riscaldare solo un ambiente. Condizionatore caldo freddo presente solo in 2 camere, in bagno si moriva di freddo idem in cucina. Presentata come casa Luxuri ma di Luxuri c era davvero poco...mobili con il truciolato di fuori.. A quel prezzo c'è di meglio. Tanto di meglio.

Idéalement situé

Idéalement situé à deux pas du centre et de la mer. Stationnement autorisé dans la rue sur le trottoir si vous venez hors saison (octobre pour nous). Bon niveau d'équipement. Literie confortable. Calme.

Very spacious flat in the heart of Mondello

This very spacious ground floor flat with two large bedrooms, a large bathroom and brand new kitchen is located in the heart of Mondello, less than 5 minutes' walk to the Piazza where all bar and restaurants are located. The street is mostly quiet. Domenico is welcoming and very helpful (offered restaurant suggestions and assisted with arranging our transport to the airport). There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Mondella itself is beautiful. Beaches have fine sand with both lidos and public spaces and the bay has the clearest blue water. Food everywhere is great, especially at Enzo. The croissants at Belvedere are awesome.

Nothing really. Some of the 2022 reviews comment on poor state of the bathroom but it is clear that the host is making/has made modernisations to the flat each year and is continuing to do so. You get some toilet paper and soap but if you are staying for a longer period (2 days plus), you will need to bring your own. Some reviews have commented on this but in apartments, that is not unusual. It is not a hotel after all.

A clean and comfortable apartment with a superb location. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, etc. And the owner was super friendly and kind! We had a very nice time, thank you!

Great place for a family, or long stay in mondello.

The owner was really nice, and the place has an amazing location honestly. But it definitely wasn't the type of property i needed for my type of vacation. This place is PERFECT if you're more than 2 people and staying for more than 3-4 nights. I only went for two nights so i needed a little more hotel-style comfort regarding the service. They didn't provide any toiletries, soap, and only one toilet paper roll, they don't provide cleaning, and only change sheets once a week. So overall i think it's a perfect place if you travel with family and want to have an independent stay where no one bothers you.

beds, pillows and shower could've been better - there wasn't toiletries, electric kettle or coffee machine.

We had an enjoyable time which could have been better with a few simple improvements

The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The property was well located with nearby bars, restaurants and a mini market.

The shower needs replacing. The kitchen lacked basic equipment such as a kettle or microwave. The saucepans did not have secure handles. The outside space was very small and a leaking down pipe gave off a bad odour.

The apartment was very clean and the location convenient. Close to the beach. Dominico was very nice.

It was a bit noisy though as the neighbors were doing some work. The light in the living room is very fade. It is hard to see at night.

great location, apartment for drinks and party but for a good rest

location was very good and the kitchen was nicely renovated the host was very nice as well and easy to communicate with

do not provide soap or toilet paper thus for a short stay this is huge inconvenience the sound isolation from neighbours is quite bad so there was quite some sounds of people. coming back home, etc the beds were quite uncomfortable to sleep in

Amazing location and host, super clean

The apartment was very clean and a fanastic location. The host is super friendly and welcoming!

Would have been great if some basicis in the bathroom were provided, such as hand soap. Also important to note you can't actually see the sea from the apartment which surprised us but it really didnt matter

Great location and experience. Apartment was really spacious! Nice kitchen. Good communication with the host.

Perfect location, great host and clean!

Dominico, the owner could not have been more helpful or nice. He showed us around and even took us to the beach to help us rent beach lounges. He pointed us to a really nice local place for dinner and hepled us buy water. Thank you for your care!

Due to the fact that the apartment faces the back it is a bit musty with a little mold on one of the walls. This is very common in Italy and it wasn't a big problem for us as the bedrooms have ac and are perfectly dry. A little anti-mold paint on that small section would remove the only negative for us.

Welcome basket of fruit, a lovely touch, location was excellent, great restaurants and bakery close by.
