Not actually property but construction was going on which could have been managed better at least breakfast time

Fantastic location with only a short walk from the bus stop, market and restaurants. Very quiet and not disturbed by any noise. Very helpful staff and very clean and comfortable room - couldn’t recommend enough and can’t wait to be back soon.

Location is great. The room is also superb. We had a private Jacuzzi - we had too much fun.

Staff seems to be fly by night operator. They seem to be standing on the other extreme of Hospitality. On occasions were rude - not saying they were rude on purpose, I guess they lack training.

The area is really amazing. Santorini is heaven and Oia is the jewel of Santorini. Unbelievable views, walking distance from one of the best sunset locations on earth. We got two rooms; one was amazing and the other was not that great. Staff is friendly and supportive. I really can't get over the beauty of the area and the views. Breakfast is served in your balcony, and they would bring more as per your request. Make sure to choose "Amethyst" room, it was amazing. Special thanks to Aqib for his service around the clock, he was great!

The second room wasn't that great, smaller (for the same price), darker, broken tub and the bed is not leveled properly. avoid "Alex1" room if you are a family with kids, should be fine if you are a couple as long as they fix the tub and the bed. Breakfast can be better, I think they don't have a proper kitchen or a partnership with one of the nearby cafes, so the options were limited. (Example: eggs can only be served boiled) The cleaner lady was rude, and she cursed us in Greek when we told her that the kids wanted to use the toilet 5 minutes before our agreed check out time (because she already cleaned it). Area is expected to be very expensive.

Location and staff friendliness, cooperation with our needs

The location of this property was really great. Overall friendly staff. The breakfast in the am was a nice continental breakfast, enough to get the day started. We really enjoyed the views from the balcony despite the lack of privacy. The staff work constantly to make sure the guests are taken care of.

The rooms are somewhat dated, but comfy beds. With paying as much as one night costs, you are really paying for the view and location. Overall facilities could use an update, especially quality of millwork and hair dryer. Cleanliness was alright, the bathroom smelled like heavy chemical smells when we walked in. Also, the balconies are one large balcony and you share it with other guests. It didn’t bother us as much as it bothered other guests. There is no private balcony or hot tub. Also, we did not like the fact that our room was connected to a shared room that had another guest room off the same entry room. We didn’t mind it so much when no one was in the other room, however when the other family showed up they were not nice and did not like sharing that entry point as they made some rude comments about it. Not the hotels fault, but better design could be thought out or warnings to the other guest about the shared common area. Overall a good value if you are trying to stay in Oia and could deal with a somewhat dated room, and lack of no private balcony or hot tub. We had a nice stay, enjoyed the location, the staff, and the breakfast in the am!
