About this villa rental
Sea view luxury villa with 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom for up to 8 persons. Leona is a beautiful villa in Okrug Gornji which is situated on the island of Ciovo. The Villa has three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom and double bed), kitchen, gym, living room with TV and free internet access. All rooms have air-conditioning. There is a big terrace outside with a beautiful view of the island and beach. The Villa comfortably holds 6 people and there are 2 extra beds in the living room. If you want to eat outside we offer a barbecue with a beautiful sea view. There is a swimming pool situated in front of the Villa, complete with deck chairs and a sea view. While on the island you can visit many local beaches – the nearest one is only 200meters from the Villa. The island has many restaurants to choose from, where you can try lots of Mediterranean delicacies. If you like to party, there are a number of beach bars on the biggest beach on the island (200 meters from the Villa). If you like to spend your evenings at home, you can chill out on the terrace. Also, you can visit many sights in the historical, UNESCO protected town – Trogir, which is 3 kilometers away from the Villa. You can go to Trogir by car or you can take the boat taxi from the island (15min). Trogir is full of iconic landmarks and must-sees. You can also visit the second largest Croatian city and, according to Croats, the most beautiful city in the world, the beautiful city of Split. Split is 25 kilometers away from the Villa. Absolutely fabulous villa, in a lovely location. Easy walking to shops and bars and beach. Goran was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. The villa was spotless. We have never stayed anywhere so clean. It was like we were the first people ever to stay. The villa is on 4 floors, with lots of stairs. This worked out well with us with two adult children as we didn’t feel we were all in each other’s way. We hired a car which probably wasn’t really necessary, the roads around the property are pretty narrow so we were glad we only had a small car!

The property was as advertised, clean, comfortable, with everything needed for our stay. A couple more serving bowls would complete an otherwise perfectly equipped kitchen. Goran was a friendly, responsive and thoughtful host (we arrived late evening, so the bread and few bits provided was very welcome) and he gave us a great recommendation for a day’s boat trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and this host.

Had the most amazing holiday in Croatia.
The villa is just outstanding - immaculately clean and had everything we needed.
We loved having the pool, the outdoor BBQ & eating area along with the rooftop terrace to watch the sunset!
Goran was a perfect host and was very attentive with any queries during our stay.

Ein wirklich sehr modernes und sauberes Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Fitnessstudio, Waschmaschine, Reinigungsmittel, Geschirrspüler...usw. Sehr komfortabel. Schöne gemütliche Grillecke. Privater Pool/Beheizbar. Bäcker, Fleischer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gern.
