Staff was friendly and helpful. From the entrance, it looks like a small place, but there is courtyard more space inside. They had drying racks in the courtyard for bathing suits etc. Breakfast was good first day, but second day I went before the rush and it was better. I changed rooms and there were pictures painted on the walls of the second room. Walk from train is reasonable.
I needed to talk to the staff several times, but couldn't find them at front desk. Manual bell did nothing. They need a system where the person waiting is confident someone is aware that they are waiting. Pay the city tax when you arrive so you don't need to find someone when leaving for train.

AC System needs to be changed, most of the time I was feeling hot in the room.
