Trimarchi House is a cozy and bright apartment, located in the heart of Naples, where you can admire the beauty of the Neapolitan cribs, or Via dei Tribunali, where you can enjoy the best pizzas. It is also well connected to the University underground station. A double bed with a double bed and an armchair that becomes a single bed. In fact, six people sleep comfortably in this structure. Obviously there is a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and preparation. Also a bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and free. Near the house there are many restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors and all the sights of Naples. In fact, a few steps away you will find the Cathedral of San Gennaro, Museum of Modern Mother Art, Underground Naples, I Decumani, Filangieri Museum, Museum of the Treasure of San Gennaro, Chapel of San Severo where there is the famous Veiled Christ, National Archaeological Museum (Greeks-Romans-Egyptians), Monastery of Santa Chiara, Pio Monte of Mercy (seven works of Mercy of Caravaggio), Via Toledo etc. In short, Trimarchi House is an excellent place to stay in Naples unforgettable, thanks to its central location and connection to all means of transport (Bus, Metro, funiculars, ferries, hydrofoils)

Salvatore made check in very easy! Good location within walking distance of many great restaurants.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a typical historical city centre low rise; stairs only; no lift. The listing's description is accurate, and in general, so are the photos. The wall between the kitchen & the living/dining room is no longer there, making for an even more airy space.
The host, Salvatore, is great; from questions before booking, to WhatsApp messaging afterwards. He met us at check-in, and gave us lots of info about the area and Naples (and helped me with my suitcase up the stairs). He was also very responsive with follow-up questions. He is a gentleman and a 5-star host.
The flat is in the Decumani area, and allowed us to easily walk to all 15+ sites during our 17 nights stay, including one of 3 Metro stops that took us to one of the 3 Naples train stations to get to sites further afield. There are numerous choices for restaurants, take-out eats, pastries, coffee/tea/drinks, & gelato in walking distance, or a one/two Metro stop away.
The rooms were comfortable for our January stay. There is a small balcony & two other windows that allow for outside air. We used the two heater/air-con units (living room & bedroom) on the few cooler nights. The small capacity laundry machine was also appreciated.
We were very happy with the flat and its host. I would definitely recommend this rental for your Naples stay, but would note that the stairs have tall rises (compared to North American standards), which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.

The price was fair for the location,however, the photo was not taken on this property. I was under the impression that it was much closer to the ocean. Salvatore was great to wait for us when our train arrived late, and then to give us a good overview of how to get around our area,sights to see while in Napoli. He is a good host

The apartment was as pictured. It was located conveniently, near restaurants and the train station. The host was very kind and helpful. He provided several recommendations for meals and things to do.

Apartment is in a great place down a quiet side street and a few steps from the action. It has all you need. We walked all over from here and if we were to go back to Naples we'd stay here again.

We only spent two nights in Naples, but this little apartment was quiet and very well located. Right off the bustling Main Street of the historic centre, it was very easy to walk out the door and into the energy of Naples. From the listing photos I had expected we would be closer to the water, which wasn’t the case, but otherwise our stay was comfortable and clean with a very friendly and helpful owner.

The apartment is advertised as 2 bedrooms, it is not. There is a long narrow staircase to the 3rd floor which was difficult for an older couple. The area was not the best, but there’s a great pizza place nearby. The host was very attentive and kind.

The property is located in a very good location for those who wants to stay a day pr two and visit Naples! Very clean property . The property Manager was so nice and caring to accommodate our late check in , 2 am, due to flight delay and he charged is 30 Euro for group of 6 which was fair in my opinion . we could have been ended up staying in the street for that night , which wad not safe. if he didn't let us late check in/ thank you Salvatore.
Property is close to most of sight seeing alike underground city, royal palace,etc which helped us to see most of the historic places on a day.
A few points to know before booking.:
The property doesn't have elevator with really really narrow stairs to the apartment entrance . So hard to carry luggages upstairs and hard to get there especially for old people.
So small apartment with one bedroom , bed room was large, and 3 people should use sofa bed outside of the bedroom . So not too much space for six people with luggages.
In general we enjoyed a lot our stay although we were six people with not much space as we were out most of the day and only slept in there.

Appartement propre, bien placé dans le centre de Naples
Appartement conforme aux photos. Il est bien placé dans le centre historique de Naples avec toutes ses rues étroites, ses restos, sa vie, etc... Le logement a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer quelques jours à Naples (equipement, climatisation) et les lits sont confortables
Alberto est un hôte agréable et prévenant et parle même un peu français ce qui est toujours utile.

Nice apartment, little noisy in the area
Nice apartment in central Naples. Salvatore was very helpful as well recommending things to do and places to eat. It is a little noisy in the area, but everything else was great.

The apartment is located right in the pittoresque historical center. Salvatore, the owner is extremely polite and helpful. The apartment is renovated and newly furnished, kitchen is new. The owner even provids a basic equipment with coffee and tea - very friendly.
The apartment is not accessible for handicapped.
We were there with 4 people as a family and were very pleased.

Super séjour
L' Appartement est propre et bien équipé (la climatisation est très utile en Août).
De plus, il est très bien situé dans le centre historique et pourtant la nuit c'est très calme.

5 jours trop courts à Naples
Nous venons de passer 5 jours à Naples, dans l'appartement de Salvatore et nous en sommes très satisfaits. L'appartement correspond en tous points à la description qui en est faite sur le site. Salvatore nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et nous a proposé beaucoup de bonnes adresses de visites et de restaurants à Naples et dans les environs. Peut-être aurait-il quelques coutumes napolitaines qui ne sont pas dans les guides à nous faire découvrir. Son appartement situé en plein coeur du quartier historique et populaire nous plonge immédiatement dans l'atmosphère chaleureuse et grouillante de Spaccanapoli; un enchantement pour tous ceux qui aiment le contact humain.
Nous recommandons l'appartement de Salvatore.
