BROMI House is a luxury guesthouse located in the Italian countryside, available for weekly vacation rentals. Situated on the border with Tuscany, the historic town of Montone is within walking distance, and the medieval towns of Città di Castello and Umbertide are just 15 kilometers away. Also nearby are Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Deruta, Spello,
Gubbio, Orvieto, and Lake Trasimeno.
A recently renovated one-bedroom house located just a few minutes from the medieval walled town of Montone.
This secluded yet centrally located property consists of an open-concept space on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, and a spacious living area. On the first floor is the modern bathroom with a heated towel rack and high-pressure shower, and the master bedroom with a built-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and twin views of the Umbrian countryside. With a double bedroom in the loft and a sofa bed on the first floor, the house can accommodate up to five people. Outside, the property features a large garden with a private sunbathing/barbecue area, as well as ample off-street parking. Set in a rural and peaceful location, popular cities such as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, and Rome are all easily accessible via the nearby E45 highway.

the 10 euros were for the cleaning lady. They did their work so thoroughly in the first week.
We were very pleased with everything. Everything up to our expectations: the location, the terrace, the landscape, the house and the facilities. Perfect !!
