Great stay! Nice place to stay, clean rooms.

I liked! Room was nice, clean and smelled fine. Few minutes walk away from the beach needed a bit more organization than living on the beach. Customer Service is super friendly. Breakfast was nice! Thank you! I enjoyed my stay at Eve Resort and highly would recommend this place to stay.

I didn't use wardrobe as it smelled moistured. Maybe adding a floor wiper to the bathroom would help to keep it dryer.. The room is quite dark, because no windows (i was at the backside, which I liked because less traffic noise) balcony door open gave more light to the room. Overall, I had a very nice stay! Thank you!

Staff couldn’t do enough for you

When shown our room we were not happy but they showed us different rooms and gave us a free upgrade. All bedding and towels were brand new, including pillows and mattress

Very relaxing stay at Eve Resort close to all amenities with very comfortable rooms and perfect hosts . We will be back

The owners Marilyn and Clive were the perfect hosts nothing was too much trouble ! The on site restaurant was very good tasty food at competitive prices .

Basic, clean and comfortable room with excellent location and exceptional staff

Located a 5-minute walk away from the beach and a 35-minute walk from the train station, the Eve Resort is an excellent option for your visit to Patnem. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, the hotel staff were very attentive and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Decent and cost effective stay near palolem.

Clive and family is very helpful and friendly. Room was clean except balcony. Decent stay, Decent facilities.

balcony was dirty. Less veg options for breakfast. No shampoo available. But no major issues as staff is very cooperative and helpful.

Everything was great, Mr Clive and his wife were really friendly and really helpful, they will do everything to make you feel comfortable and happy and of course the restaurant attendant and other staff were very friendly and helpful too. Thank you so much for everything, and for your great hosting.

Superb

Very good breakfast. Very nice staff. Marylyn and Clive, who own the place, are very very helpful and nice, they take care of everything. Rooms are big enough, clean, have a balcony where one can sit in the morning or in the evening. We felt very comfortable. 5 Minutes walk to beach.

A place comfortable as your home.

I liked the sincerity and dedication of the staff. The place was well maintained and beautiful. The room , bed and all amenities were of high standards. The breakfast was good. The location was very close to patnem Beach. They attended to all our needs. My husband had sprained his back. Merilyn , the receptionist sent relief spray for his injury. The 2nd bed was added on arrival as I had booked 1 double bad and a single bed. Clive and Merilyn gave exceptional service and was very happy with it.

Perfect stay in Patnem

A very neat, tidy and safe location, 3 minutes from Patnem beach. A family run resort where you feel very welcome and well sought after. It has its own restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served (worth to try!). Rooms (with balcony) are spacious and clean, equipped with a reading lamp next to the bed. Hot water, AC and wifi worked well. Stuff is attentive and super helpful! I would like to come again🙃

Exceptional

I and my friends stayed here for 3 days, must say amazing location hardly 500mts from patnem beach. Rooms were clean with Ac and regular room service .The guy at the kitchen was very nice and always at our service. This stay was including breakfast, we were served with delicious breakfast. Clive is an amazing host, he was there always for any of our issues. I would recommend this stay for all and would definitely visit again. We liked this stay so much that we extended out stay in Patnem.

Had an excellent stay: would totally recommend to anyone planning to visit South Goa.

The stay at Eve Resort was excellent. Clive and the team made us feel like we were staying at a homestay. While checking-in, we were shown multiple rooms and were allowed to choose the one we liked. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities listed. Patnem beach is within walking distance and we really enjoyed the calmness of the beach (as compared to the busier North Goa beaches). Clive also gave recommendations for visiting nearby beaches and hiking trails. We did the Mainapi waterfalls trek and it was really great. The breakfast at the restaurant was also pretty good.

Needs Improvement!

The enviroment around the resort was pleasant. It's located a stone throw away from the beach. The food was good, with the exception of one meal which was banal in taste. The stay was overall quite comfortable.

But before it could be comfortable, I had to instruct the housekeeping to make some changes: replacing the visibly dirty door mat of the bathroom, the air condition remote was not functional and the bathroom didn't have lighting. The balcony was dusty as well which I kinda ignored! The post-stay service can be improved. My Aadhar card was not returned by the reception after the check-in process. I realised after 24 hours from check-out that the card wasn't returned and requested that it be mailed to my address to which I received a cordial response, but after this the hospitality went tumbling down! I received no updates from the hotel for days together even after sending a mail every week. So I decided to take assistance from the booking.com customer service care. The hotel staff probably didn't approve of this, because I got a call from them, and the tone of their speech was loud, rude & unprofessional. Frankly, I'm more upset than angry! Despite all the issues I liked the place, but how am I expected to rebook after that rude phone call?

Worst stay ever.

Food at the restaurant is expensive but good. The guy makes amazing LIIT.

We payed the entire amount at checkin. We asked for payment by credit card, the manager fidgeted for good 10 mins and came back saying that card machine is not available and made us pay through Gpay..The room we got was on the ground floor and had spiders, ants and cockroaches. The washroom was basically home to a big spider. The bathroom's drainage was blocked and the next morning the entire bathroom floor was filled with water.

An excellent resort with a friendly manager

The stay at Eve resort was exceptional. Mr. Clive is a gem of a person whose politeness and friendly attitude is praiseworthy. The rooms and facilities available are exceedingly satisfying as compared to the other places of Patnem. If you don't want the hustle bustle of the beach and yet be near to it, this resort should be your first choice.
