Più che ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Piccola e accogliente! La signora che mi ha accolto è stata molto gentile e ospitale. Ambiente semplice ma curato nei dettagli. Ho apprezzato molto la comodità del letto, il bagno in camera e la macchinetta del caffè e la tisaniera a mia disposizione in stanza.

Tornerò sicuramente anche se le stanze sono molto vicine tra loro, quindi si sente praticamente tutto. Sentire le persone che parlano e camminano dietro la porta può essere poco piacevole per chi ha il sonno leggero o lavora al computer 💻

L accueil, la disponibilité de Maria Vittoria, on se sent comme à la maison. Petit dej sur balcon un bonheur du matin. Bus pour l aéroport et le centre ville faciles d accès.

Very good

The room was spacious and clean. It was close to go to the center by car and close to get to from the airport. The arrival time was flexible. Thanks for the stay!

Unfortunately there was no breakfast, which is weird for a B&B. That was not visible on the booking page and I also wasn't contacted. Otherwise all was good!

Very friendly and kind staff. They offered us sweets and fruits. Big bathroom and comfortable room. We would choose it again, if we came again in olbia.

Exceptional

Host was extremely king and helpful. Very clean room witj everyhting you need for a perfect stsy. Very well locsted in nice area, close to the center.

Everything was brilliant, clean and felt like home - from the room and welcome efforts to the house territory! Sweet and charming hosts :))

A surprisingly noisy fridge, that started as a rocket engine. The road outside we did not hear at all comparing to this little monster >:-)

We had a wonderful stay at S’Incantu and recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, a great welcome and care throughout our holiday. It is excellent value for money.

We could not think of anything that could be improved!

Very nice place, room very cozy and very nice ladies. I arrived late evening and there was no problem. And the portion of pie was welcome before going to bed.

Great stop over for Airport. But not a silent night.

The use of a kitchen.😃 Having the ability to make a hot drink in the room😋 Good wifi signal. The hosts🙂.

The water pressure in shower was abit low, But acceptable. Cistern was noisy and sometimes took along time to refill. Worse thing was the road noise. Its very close to a flyover.. ok if your a heavy sleeper.

We enjoyed our stay there! Lovely garden and hosts were very welcoming! Easy to find place and close to many shops. Easy parking!

Only thing was breakfast not prepared for us and not much choice but it was OK.

It was very clean and well equipped

The location is far from Olbia centre. It's easy to reach by car, but not so by bus or taxi. Buses are rare, taxi is impossible to catch.

Small but cozy place, perfect to explore the surroundings; highly recommended!

- lovely owner, easy to communicate with - good selection for breakfast, always refilled for the next day - coffee/tea maker on the room - own bathroom - nice quality towels, changed every single day! - small table and two chairs on the balcony, lovely to sit there late in the evening when the surroundings get quiet - easy to park on the street - easy to find - shop nearby

One night stay, room was clean, staff very welcoming and helpful, location is not great.

Room was nicely equipped and clean, very tight with sofa bed expanded for third person. bathroom was very nice, staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I have actually booked double room apartment, as it was three of us, but instead we got three beds in one room, which made the room very tight for three of us. Breakfast was very poor, already served on table in the room because of covid situation. the only fresh item was yogurt, which was in the fridge in the room. We have struggled with the shower door as they needed to be lifted to be closed, I was not able to lift it myself so my boyfriend had to help me, so I don't flood the bathroom while having a shower. Location is not great, not far off is a motorway which seem to be busy at all times, I would be worried to walk alone around there in the evening. We could only pay at property and I did not realised that only cash is accepted, we have arrived there and was told to pay cash, so had to go to find cash machine to pay for the room.

Very good

Nice clean big rooms with great private bathrooms. Spacious shared kitchen with vast variety of food for breakfast and free snacks during the entire stay.
