Apartment Villa Lina location, easily accessible to Riva del Garda, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. View from balcony very nice. Parking space useful. Local agent replied promptly to messages via WhatsApp.
As other reviewers have commented the apartment inside is very tired, basically furnished and in need of some TLC - e.g. there's no bedside table on one side of the bed, the dining chairs are worn out, the balcony furniture is heavily weathered, the corner of the shower tray has a build of up gunk, there is often an unpleasant, drain / sewage smell in the bathroom. In terms of comfort, there is no aircon and just 1, very ineffective fan provided. So hot days & nights are very uncomfortable. The kitchen is only suitable for limited, small-scale, basic cooking, not full self-catering and for more than 2 people - There are no large dinner plates provided, no large glasses, only 1 small chopping board etc etc. The property is marketed for up to 4 people, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2, particularly with the tiny balcony space. In terms of location, the price you pay for the proximity to Riva is that you also have to put up with a lot of road noise from the main road below, particularly the many, many motorcyclists who like to drive in the area. We were also woken several times by an early rising resident above, moving furniture before 7am on several mornings.

Lokalita vynikájúca, vyhľady z okna a terasky priamo na Lake Garda, vybavenie super. parkovanie priamo pri ubytovaní. Dostupnosť do centra 4 min , úplne prefektne.
V kúpeľni neodtekal odtok , chcelo to prečistiť a skriňa v spálni bola trochu zatuchnutá , vysoké stropy, kde sa držali pavučinky, inak sme boli veľmi spokojný.

De ligging tov de stad en het uitzicht
Gedateerd, geen airco (1 ventilator) , 1 nachtkastje bij 2 pers. bed, zeer slechte slaapbank, rolluik ging kapot, spinrag plafonds, klagende (Italiaanse) boven buren over het parkeren van de auto’s terwijl we alleen even aan het uitladen waren……
