Buen hotel para hacer rutas por la zona al estar bien comunicado junto a la autopista.

Muy limpio, amplio lavabo, con nevera en la habitacion y bien situado cerca de la autopista, Buen parking aunque es de pago.

La cama es algo dura

Met the requirements for location but at a price.

staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure motorcycle parking.

Expensive with poor quality breakfast and would have expected complimentary water in the room not have to pay for mini bar.

It was our diamond wedding aniversary, and after much ado we sorted it ourselves

pool was a little disapointing, more like a public swimming pool than a hotel pool, very impersonal

Great hotel to stay a few days to visit the surrounding sights.

Great staff, very helpful at all times. Great access near highway. Access to the swimming pool was a great bonus for my children. Highway near the hotel was never a problem (no noise).

Everything was fine.

Fab hotel for a stop over.

Travellimg from Malaga to Santander so perfect for a stop over. 5 mins from the motorway 15 mins to car ferry. Staff friendly, clean and the food in the snack bar was very tasty and good value for money. Thank you.

Pillows very hard. Breakfast a little plain, totally vegetarian including the bacon. No choice for us meat eaters. Even vegetarian margarine which was vile.

Restraunt staff were friendly and the restaurant, when it opened was not too bad. Underground secure parking for motorbikes (€9 charge).

Reception experience was not good, if you checkin on a Sunday there is nothing to eat or drink until the restaurant opens at 20.30. No minibar, no tea or coffee making facility in the rooms, no food, no spa facilities or gym etc. Located next to a retail park.,

Exceptional

The staff were very helpful and ordered us a taxi into town. It was clean and quiet Breakfast was excellent.

It was a bit far out of town for restaurants but it was ideally placed for us as we were cycling and didn't really want to ride through the centre.

Everything, room was dark and dingy, the beds very uncomfortable, the food in the hotel was awful, the location was awful, wouldn't book to go there again, definitely not value for money, wouldn't class it as a 4 Star.

Very good

The junior suite was great. Different spaces made it more comfortable (and isolated WC)

No kettle in the room was available as well as coffee capsules or tea bags. Some pieces of furniture were old school.

Generally it was a very convenient location with good facilities and caring, friendly staff.

Check in was extremely quick, friendly and informative. Restaurant menu was only presented in Spanish so needed a little work on translation.

Breakfast was a little expensive for what was on offer.

Stopover Hotel

The hotel was a stopover before catching the ferry at santander. It had secure parking for our motorbike. The room was clean and facilities good. It is a bit out of the way but was ideal for our purpose.

Breakfast was a bit basic but did a job.

Clean, warm and handy for routes south

Assumed spa facilities were included, only booked because it had a sauna and needed to freshenn up after the ferry journey. There was €6 per hour charge. No where to eat around it, didn't fancy the cafe bar.

Good location but uninspiring

Good location for ferry port. Clean spacious room and friendly courteous staff.

Restaurant not open until 20.15 and food was average and expensive for quality. Bar not open until 17.00 either. Breakfast was also poor quality and uninspiring. Overall was pricey for overnight stay.

Convenient, clean and comfortable but wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay given the location.

Convenient for what I was doing having just arrived in Santander. I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star hotel, maybe 3-star at best. However, the room was perfectly decent - clean, comfortable and well appointed. Good secure underground parking which was handy for my motorbike. There is parking on the street including for motorbikes right out the front of the hotel but given the location I would recommend paying the €9 for the underground car park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the spa or swimming pool so can’t comment on those. The restaurant was basic but adequate. There are other restaurants nearby.

Not the nicest of locations - basically on the edge of an out of town shopping centre right next to a huge Carrefour supermarket, although that did make it handy to pick up a few essentials. However, I booked it as it was close to Santander and handy if the ferry had been delayed. Wi-Fi was pretty poor. Forget about streaming anything, it was barely good enough to surf the web. Not what you expect in this day and age.
