The first room were we stayed had the most noisy and not working AC.
The room was great but extremely hot.
The second night the lovely owner gave us an incredible room, big, very clean and with a perfect AC.
The location is very close to the beach and the place is quiet and beautiful.

Owner refunded money for cancellation
Location is on a very steep hill.
Room very basic
Charged 1000 pesos deposit but there was nothing in room worth anything
It's a 10 minute walk to beach not 4 minutes.

Room is clean ang big enough to accommodate 1 guest
I don't feel safe especially they dont have guards to do rounds at night in the hallways. There's this couple fighting near my room at around 1am, they keep shouting, banging the door in their room. I couldnt sleep so I had to send a message to one of their staff to send someone to check on those guests. It was a horrible experience I'm not coming back here

The calmness when we stay at night and the staff that are very accommodating and hospitable to treat every guest happily.
The shower room, it just takes time to flush the water when showering but still manageable.

We booked two rooms which were really hot - aircon wasn't functioning well. It was so uncomfortable that we are sweating in our sleep. We have reported the incident but the staffs are not so willing to resolve the issue. I asked for a fan but they said there was no available unit. @12 midnight, I asked again but one of the staff just said that the reception was already closed and they are already sleeping. That's why we transfered for the succeeding days of our stay. It was so disappointing, adding the fact that the way to the hotel is a bit challenging since the road is elevated.

Comfortable and quiet place. Good and short access to White Beach and Bulabog Beach. As well, close to D'Mall
The "Eat-All-you-can" restaurants on White Beach... Sure it's cheap, but the quality of dished is not guaranteed. Be ready for some stomach-ache and diarrhea.....

We had a beautiful stay at Amihan Home. The place has offered a tranquility to guests like me and my mom and it also feels like home to be there. This accommodation place is perfect for people who wants to enjoy peace after strolling the beautiful Boracay stations and all other tourists spots. The place is just 3-5 mins. walk to Station 3. Just be aware that the property is located on top of a hill, so it is unlikely unsuitable for people who have walking issues. But hey! there is a trike to help you get into the place. The pets are friendly, also the staff and the service are superb! Next time, can you provide a thicker blanket please...? thank you!

Staff and owners were very nice. Dogs were cute.
Not told that hot water was scarce, so we finally got it working.
Bed was too hard to sleep on, asked for something to make it softer. It never happened. Ended up sleeping on the pillows. No real rest and very uncomfortable sleeping.

Great place to spend holiday with your pet and loved ones. Grace and her staff were very accommodating and caring. Morning coffee was excellent.. Would recommend it to anyone.

What stands out for me are the staff! They are the most accommodating locals you could ever meet in Boracay. Every single request we had was granted. And the best part, when our flight got cancelled, Maam Grace was there to help us through. She did not hesitate to help us with everything. Also, their coffee is the BEST in the island. We stayed there for over a week and we fell in love with the place and the people.

Quiet, cozy and comfy garden place...you have to walk around barefoot because they don't allow shoes or slippers inside but the place is kept clean... All the time. Few food options but taste good and enough to get you going in the morning. Water heater and supply is good as well.
That we had to call / text to open the gate for us. We know there's curfew at 10pm but there should be a way for us to go back to the room without disturbing the owner or staff..so we had to go home at 10 or few mins after ten otherwise will be locked out 😂

I just loved it here. Ms. Grace and her back stories of the old Boracay beach charm was just awesome. The food was great, had homemade yoghurt and fresh fruits in the morning for breakfast plus their COFFEE was heavenly. If you’re a working professional looking for a peaceful and productive remote “work at home” setting but still having that seascape experience- then, Amihan-Home is the best example for what constitutes a good home stay.
I’ve read some comments about people complaining on the location (up a bit of a hill) -but, isn’t it good
for the heart to get a nice 5-10min walk from the beach and explore the road less travelled?- this place is a gem hidden way out by the coast. I honestly don't have one single complaint about this place. Its super super nice and I can’t wait to return!!!
PS: You’ll discover yoga and good food places to go from a heart of a local like no other from the owner herself. 10 out of 10
❤-passing along my heartfelt gratitude on this review, you deserve much credit 😊!
