Noisy whistling sounds and the pancake machine wasn’t working

Clean and comfortable
They have a whistling wind problem that they are aware of on the first floor. Whenever the front doors open, the wind pulls thru the entire floor creating a very loud screech. We complained and they gave us a rolled up blanket to put at the threshold which fortunately worked.

The breakfast staff.
The fact that I could not control the temperature in my room. It was controlled by the front desk and we froze all night despite three phone calls to the front desk. They also did not provide enough towels for three people and did not follow theough to get us more.
