Clint was very easy to communicate with and quick responses. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the expected necessities. The location in the Caribe is amazing close to everything restaurants, entertainment, shops etc. We are looking forward to booking here again for our annual fishing weekend.

I had my daughters 6th birthday here and we had the best time! Check in was easy, communication with the host was quick and responsive, the room was beautiful, as was the view! Our local friends were able to come for the day celebrate with us at no inconvenience at all! It was also very affordable! We will be staying here again for sure

Overall, what you see in the pictures & description is basically what you get, however, the condo could use a good cleaning (air vents were disgusting) new paint job, updating, and several cracked tiles throughout. Bed frame in master was also possibly broken from previous renter. View of the gulf was nice just wish it was a little closer and better access. Walk to the beach from shuttle is a little longer than anticipated and wish there was a beach cart for usage. Overall nice property, we would consider returning in the future, & enjoyed the pools! Communication from owner was excellent and thanks for allowing us to have enjoyable week creating many memories!

Our family especially enjoyed the spacious living area, kitchen and master bedroom and bath. It's helpful that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. We spent a fair amount of time on the expansive balcony with it's beautiful view. There was work being done on one of the outdoor pools and the lazy river. The splash pad wasn't in use which was a little disappointing, but the room itself was a dream! There were still at least 2 other outside pools and indoor pools to enjoy. There may have been more; I don't know. If we needed this size unit again, I would definitely stay here!

We had a great time at Caribe for Easter weekend. The weather was hit or miss with cold and rain, but still had a great time at the property. Plenty of indoor pool options, and restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient to have Caribe Marina for boat rental - staff was very friendly and accommodating changes in reservations due to weather. Property manager was awesome!

This was our first time in Orange Beach and we will be back. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The resort was clean and everyone was friendly. Clint was very quick to respond to questions. We were not pleased that the pool and lazy River were closed and that we didn’t know but the other pools were very nice. People who booked through the resort knew about this but private owners didn’t know to share with the people they were renting to. We were very surprised to come home to 5 people on out condo painting. However the resort told us this was normal and Again, the owner of the condo didn’t know that this was happening. I would just say to always secure your personal items because management has the right to access your room at any time. With all that said we did have a great time and will be back. But we will be a little more prepared and ask more questions when we book.

Codon itself had a few little issues. the lazy river and the deck pool was being worked on. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would return again.

Kids had a blast doing various activities. Weather wasn’t ideal but it was still a week at the beach. Doesn’t get much better. Clint is THE BEST to communicate with for anything!

This is the perfect condo for a stay in Orange Beach. Cobalt, an excellent restaurant is located right next door. Walking Paths exists along the bay and on the beach. The condo has massive windows for viewing the gulf. The three bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms are set up very well with the master bedroom having full windows for viewing the gulf. The condo complex amenities are outstanding, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, putt putt golf, large grass putting green, pickle ball court plus others.

After growing in in Gulf Shores, I’ve been gone for several years, my return to “L.A” was as wonderful as expected thanks to this beautiful condo. Very spacious, very quiet. Location is perfect, and only a short drive to all that Perdido Key, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores have to offer. The full size kitchen, the spacious rooms, the laundry room, all made it very easy to enjoy. The only thing I would make note of, if you’re traveling with kids, be careful because the hot water gets very hot, very quickly. We hope to return again, thanks to the host for a lovely place.

We loved this condo! I was hesitant to book a property across the street from the beach but I would go back to this condo for any future visits. The resort provides a shuttle that will take you to the beach when needed, but my kids enjoyed the pools so much that we wound up just staying around the property most of the time. The owner was very responsive and assisted with all of my questions. I would 100% recommend staying here.

We were looking for a fun family getaway to the beach with a nice resort. Kids ages 12-5 and this was perfect. There were SO many pools on the property- slides, indoor, outdoor, lazy river, dozens of hot tubs… plenty of loungers and tables. All open until 11pm. It was so nice to visit a place that had plenty of room for everyone and so many pool options. Clint was very easy to work with. There was an ongoing shuttle/tram from the resort to the beach across the street. This was nice if you didn’t want to get your car sandy. There were several beach options all right there. There are some beach spots with a cove/no waves, and others with bigger waves… all right there depending on what you want. Shuttle picks you up whenever you want with a phone call. The resort is on the Bay side and has a nice marina as well but a little more work to get to the beach. The condo has a great parking spot right by the elevators, so no searching for parking! Carts to help you take your things to your room. Nice big rooms and beds, each with an on suite bathroom. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Every room has a TV with dish. Gorgeous balcony view. Very spacious and open property. Great for a big family vacation. Amenities at the caribe are wonderful for kids and people who’d prefer the Pool over beach. There’s literally pools everywhere. The actual condo itself is good. Good beds and big rooms. Some of the kitchen items need to be updated, like the toaster, coffee pot and there’s a crock pot pot but no actual crock pot to heat the food (if that makes sense). We had to borrow one from another unit (obviously we gave it back). It’s nice to have something cooking in the crockpot while being at the beach all day and come back to dinner being ready! Also the recliner could be replaced, we thought we were going to fall back or crack the recliner any time anyone sat in it. Very wobbly. OH! and the tv has a huge black dark screen in the middle. Very hard to watch tv in the living room with the whole family when you can’t actually see the tv clearly! Looks like It’s about to go out. I do like the big bathrooms and all the sofa bed options!

Overall good property. Just needs a few update but I don’t vacation to stay in house. Bar ice maker didn’t work or I might not have known how to turn on but I did try. Found a water cup full of cigarettes on patio but they would be the cleaning persons fault not Clint’s

We loved our time at caribe. The pools were amazing. Owner Clint was very responsive and helpful. The parking spot this condo has is super convenient. Condo clean and great views. Only down side was furniture seemed a bit dated. Other than that condo was clean and perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back!
