Very friendly and helpful staff. Azedine was amazing, his help in organising excursions very much appreciated.
Good location, close to touristic attractions, but in a quiet street.
Noise, but this is how a Riad is built. If guests are dining in the inner space on the ground floor, rooms in the first floor hear everything.

The charming and very caring staff make this a very welcoming base from which to explore Marrakech. There is plenty of transport from the end of the street and a small shop next door for essentials. The roof terrace and elevator are very good facilities but the magnificent staff make this property special.
This would have been a perfect stay but we were woken on three mornings, on the first at 6am, by a lady who insisted on pacing around at length (up to 2 hours), in her heavy clog like shoes, in the room above us. The noise was quite upsetting. Sadly she took little notice when asked to refrain from making so much noise.

Peaceful setting, kind and attentive staff, can only recommend!

The Riad was very difficult to find. Once we went to our room we were disappointed with layout and space of the room. It didn’t make sense. we had a problem with the safe and there weren’t direction on how to use it. The staff came up to assist, replaced the batteries in the lock and instructed us on how to use it. After several attempts from the staff to lock it we were able to figure it out. We he put in a request for a Queen or king bed as we were traveling as a couple and the bed was awful. The mattress was basically nonexistent. It was an uncomfortable night. We got in late and left early the next morning.

The Riad was beautiful and the hosts were fantastic. A central location and very easy to find, The breakfast was ample, tasty, and a great start to the day. We can also recommend the hammam experience with the massage - go for the 1-hour option, you won't be disappointed. We only did the 30-minute one but wish we did the 1-hour.
The walls are quite thin so you can hear people talking rather easily if they are in the central courtyard.

We very much enjoyed our comfortable stay in this family-owned hotel. The location of the hotel is very central so it's easy to head into the city when you like, the rooms are clean and breakfast is delicious! The staff are all very helpful and kind in providing directions or any other information you'd like. Definitely recommended!

Our taxi pick up at the airport was arranged by the Riad and went like clockwork and we arrived in 20 minutes. Azedine and Aziz were excellent and always available. The Riad and room were lovely being a 10 minute walk to the square.
We enjoyed a hammam and massage.
Breakfasts were delicious and filled you up for the day ahead.
A couple of small improvements would be for the jacuzzi to be hot - it was lukewarm hence not very inviting as the Marrakech weather was quite cool. In the bathroom, the water pressure in the shower needs increased - it was quite weak.

People (Azedine and Aziz) were very kind and helpful, which was especially important because there was and unexpected road block, so we could not approach the Riad as it was planned beforehand. They gave us helpful hints and advice. The Riad was clean and nice, the local breakfast was OK. They organised a tour for us to Essaouira which was also very good. They also arranged the transport to the airport. The Riad location is also great.

The friendliness and dedication of Azedine and Aziz, the cleanliness, quietness, the breakfast and location inside the medina are the most important we experienced on this vacationM
We liked all

wonderful Riad in the centre of the Medina, 10 minuets on foot for reaching the main square.
the breakfast is amazing with a lot of things and it changes every morning.
the staff is very kind and the rooms clean
no cooking class for English speaking people offered inside the Riad, but there is a wide choice outside

The staff were very kind and the riad was beautiful. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but did see a lot of people using them. Very central location, right between the palace and the main big market.
We stayed in two separate rooms, but the beds in the first room were much firmer than we would have liked and a little lumpy. It also kind of seems like beds in Morocco are more firm than in Germany, though. The beds in the second room were much nicer.

The hospitality of Aziz and Azedine, always smiling and going the extra mile, they were amazing hosts. The location is perfect within the Medina, breakfast was also really nice, the room was very spacious and clean. We also had a massage at the Riad and we loved it, we used the jacuzzi every day which is a plus after walking all day long. Good value for money also, definitely recommend to stay here!
Nothing major, a couple of small points would be slow wifi and the noise from the street and from the Riad itself, walls seems to be very thin.

Very nice and cozy riad. The rooms are impeccably clean (and they are tidied up everyday), spacious and authentic. Certainly the best breakfast in town. Finally, the members of staff are the kindest people you can expect to get. They were extremely helpful with activity advice in Marrakech and beyond. Highly recommend. 5*.

Riad perfectly located in the old Marrakech medina, very close to Bahia palace. Very nice service provided by staff. Especially, very much thank you to Azdne and Aziz.

Location, pool, jacuzzi and two male hosts were excellent. Breakfast was also great with sooo many options. Room was spacious and AC worked great. Extra plus is room had an exhaust fan in bathroom to keep fresh air coming in. Courtyard of riad is just beautiful. Elevator is a plus too!
Riad is definitely showing its age. Pool tiles and Bathroom tiles chipped and jagged in a lot of places. Bathroom Sink loose, toilet loose from base and wobbles when you sit, and shower is quite run down. Shower head and temp controls are horrendous. Rooftop terrace needs some love too, could definitely use new furniture and decor. Several nights the overnight employee was cleaning the courtyard well into 2 or 3 AM! Made sleeping impossible. Towels are like 10 uears old and could be renewed. We wanted to shower before the pool and jacuzzi and it was broken with no temp controls. We feel having the shower fixed and sign posted to shower before getting in pool and jacuzzi would keep the water Cleaner.

The raid was a really authentic Moroccan experience with modern comforts. Enjoyed the facilities and the staff. Pool and terrace were wonderful. This was my first trip to Morocco and the workers were so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Very glad I decided to stay here instead of a big hotel.
Hard to find. Google maps had the wrong address. However they do offer a airport pickup, so if you book this place organize a taxi with the Raid and you will have no problems.
