Lovely room and terrace with views over the town.
The included breakfast was very simple… pane tostato (packet of cold dry toast) with jam and some biscuits. All very nice but only a “starter” if you’re planning to hike the Cinque Terre paths as we were. Only 1 coffee pod each.
The Wi-Fi only worked in the communal room where there were no seats.

the room is clean & the bed is comfortable
the location is far away near the church, you have to climb uphill for 10 minutes. Additionally, the room is located on the third floor with many steps to climb. it costs 10 euro per luggage for somebody to carry your luggages up. The check in is at different location.
