My experience was great in this accommodation. Everything was organized. It's not the biggest apartment but for 1 person it's completely okay. It's close to almost everything including the train station. The air conditioning works and as it's very hot that's a necessity to sleep. Only met the owner once(as I didn't require anything extra,had her WhatsApp number) and in my opinion what makes an Airbnb or hotel great is the staff(been travelling for a year and in my life have been to 20 something countries. Great person always smiling, she let me check in earlier as I came before 3pm from levanto and explained everything to me. I would say the only thing that I didn't like was the fact there was no kitchen and I love to cook but that was my fault as my accommodation in the hills of levanto had little to no WiFi or mobile signal so I didn't do my research properly(just read the basic information). I believe it's a good value for what it offers even without kitchen mostly due to the location. If I ever return I will most likely stay there and choose the typology of room with kitchen. Tv is small however I don't watch TV.
Free shampoo and shower gel like most places but also conditioner and that's quite rare. Buses are cheap same as the local food. Supermarkets are close however if your saving money you need to go to Lidl and that's far.

The comfort in knowing this amazing place and the surrounding areas. It’s location is perfect. One block away from the pedestrian street, close to the sea as well as all the restaurants and shops. Within 10 minutes of the train station.
I can’t think of a thing! I stayed for six nights and everything from the beginning to the end was stress-free no complications, very easy though I questioned why I didn’t stay longer?

The hotel room was nice and had all I needed. It was in a good location and about a 15 minute walk to the ferry boat and 10 minutes to the train station. I stayed in La Spezia to explore Cinque Terre and it worked great!
The bed and pillow were hard.

Close to centre of town
Smelt of cigarettes, dark and dingy. Host had tried with little personal touches but needs an overhaul to bring up to date. Window on street level didn’t feel safe to open while sleeping.
