Right in the heart of Sevilla, could not have picked a better location that was close to everything wonderful but quiet enough that you could rest easily. The staff was accommodating, since the room wasn’t ready we stored our luggage in the luggage closet, however when our room became ready and the receptionist was gone, the sent all the necessary information for a wonderful stay in a message which included a number to text or call if anything was needed. They immediately picked up, gave us the codes for the luggage closet so we could get our luggage, and made it very easy for us to access the property despite no 24 hour staff. The room was extremely clean, big, and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The bed was so so comfortable, it was a wonderful sleep. The AC worked well. The bathroom was clean. The desk and couch were very helpful. Even the common area had complimentary coffee and tea, which we didn’t use, but was a nice touch. Overall such a wonderful location and price point. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here coming to Sevilla.
The only recommendations I would make is add more lighting options in the bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom had adequate lighting but the bedroom was a little dark even during the day.

Location was perfect. Checkin was easy and staff were there to assist at the allocated time. They confirmed our time preference prior to the day. They even booked us a taxi to take us to the airport early the next morning. Suite was clean and spacious and bed very comfortable.

The location is excellent, and the staff was too!
We were in a bottom floor room facing the street and it was very loud at all hours with what didn’t feel like a whole lot of privacy, besides a fence in front of the windows.
