The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Sea view from every room!
In the dining area and living room there is a modern table with 8 chairs, cupboards and two sofa seats.
The open kitchen is practically furnished with kitchen utensils, a large fridge with a large freezer compartment.
In the master bedroom with mountain view there is a double bed of 160 cm and a large built-in wardrobe. This room has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle and single on top.
The apartment is air-conditioned.
There are two large terraces. The front terrace has a sea view.
The terrace at the back has sea and mountain views. Within the private domain there is a very spacious free parking.
Bed and linen are included in the price.
There is a beautiful swimming pool with children's pool, jacuzzi and free sun beds in a beautiful park garden with palm trees, olive trees, citrus trees and banana trees.
Swimming pool is open from the 1st of May till the end of September.
The nearest airport is LAMEZIA TERME, 51 km from Tropea.

We absolutely loved the Marasusa Resort, located in and above Parghelia, a short drive from Tropea. An excellent location, the sea views are stunning! The swimming pool just perfect. The apartment was excellent, spacious, well equipped, air conditioned, a lovely terrace to enjoy your breakfast and aperitifs. Nothing was too much trouble for our onsite host Carmelo, such as resetting the aircon, or replacing the kettle etc. I recommend you do have a rental car, as you do need one to reach the excellent beaches, of which Parghelia has some lovely beach clubs, I recommend the Lido just along Lido La Grazia, as well as nearby Zambrone, the excellent Lido La Bianca Spiaggia is a must!Tropea was easy to reach for dinners and day tripping, as well as the Euro Spin supermarket.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were so close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The scenery and the overlook of the ocean were absolutely amazing. The grounds were superb and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

L'endroit est fort isolé mais la vue est effectivement magnifique!
Les extérieurs et la piscine sont bien entretenus ( merci au concierge )
Le logement n'est pas du tout une spacieuse villa mais un appartement trop proche des voisins et sans véritable confort ( manque d'entretien général )
trop petit pour le nombre de personnes annoncé et avec pas mal de manquements:
la climatisation ne va plus car les portes ne ferment pas, la télévision ne fonctionne pas , la propreté dedans et à l'extérieur laisse à désirer, il y a de l'humidité sur les murs, etc...
Donc déçu car l'annonce et les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité...Bon séjour quand même grâce à la région qui est splendide!
