Chambre un peu vieillotte, nous étions au rez-de-chaussée à côté de la salle de restaurant, extrêmement bruyante.
Petit déjeuner simple peu varié.

Felt so welcomed by the lady in reception! She was ready to help with all information and made sure we got everything we needed.
Hotel itself is nothing special, but ok for the price. Rooms are really big and nice and had everything we needed :)

Room size is good, location and the pool is a decent size and well cared for. The two members of staff I met were lovely and very accommodating. New iron and board provided, there was no oven in the room so they cooked the pizza I bought
The noise in the hotel is ridiculous, because the whole area is old and tiled, there is little sound proofing. As a single parent travelling with my son I am used to getting the rubbish rooms. The room itself was ok but the noise from something mechanical to 1.30am each night was annoying. It sounds like the lift going off every 15 mins. Unfortunately there are a loud group of people there so as we were right by the entrance one night I got woken up far too many times, till 4.30am.

Property was clean and the location was great. The pool was also very nice. Breakfast was simple but all you need.

The most helpful and friendliest staff- always willing to try and fulfil your requests. A simple breakfast, but which was very convenient. Very spacious rooms which were well-equipped. Lovely pool to use. The location makes it relatively easy to get taxis to nearby towns and the beach.
Could have done with some more kitchen utensils as we had a long stay and wanted to cook some of our own meals, and could have benefitted from things such as a chopping board. There was washing up liquid, but the sponges provided definitely needed replacing and we didn’t feel comfortable using them. But this was minor and definitely didn’t impact our overall stay!

The staff were some of the most lovely people I’ve ever met, they were so kind! The pool area was beautiful, it was so peaceful, the rooms were perfect, the AC worked perfectly! The rooms are spacious and lovely, not much to complain about!
The only issue was the cleaner took my flannel and I never ended up getting it back but it was part of a set so I can’t buy it again :( it was also a decent walk away from some stuff unless you walked on the side of the road with no pavement (which didn’t bother me)

The room was good and clean. Breakfast was full filling. There were many good restaurants near by and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. The walk to the beach was 3.5km. The staff was very nice and helpful.
There was no supermarket close to hotel

Some things were a bit out of date and didn’t want to use e.g. kettle but was great for a short stay

It was a two bedroom, large rooms with two beds in each and a large kitchen, liked the pool too.
Breakfast was plain but good. Did not need more than that. Finding the place is easy and lots of parking.
The place is not in the hussle and busy aerias. But not off the beaten track. Just down the road from Loule and easy to get into the seaside places

Our flight out was cancelled and I notified the hotel that we would arrive the next day. When we arrived we were told we couldn’t check in till 3.00pm.
Surely our rooms would have been ready, seeing as we were due there the day before. This was very disappointing as we had 2 small children in our group.

the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. the kitchen is not well equipped. its difficult to find even a teaspoon yet its advertised as self catering. its really difficult to cook a meal.
Dont expect much from the breakfast, its nothing to look forward to

Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and totally ideal for a family stay. We’ve had a fantastic holiday and would absolutely return!

Proximity to the airport is what we liked, and the staff were lovely but its not a holiday appartment, more like fulfilling a function. Most residents were workers, fruit pickers or lodgers like us. We arrived at midnight and left at 7am, it was convenient, decent size room and a fair enough breakfast but definitely not a holiday stay.
The facilities are old, the kitchen is really dated but its functional and clean, and these is even a pool. We did not expect more for the price but it has rather high ranking which is a suprise to us :)
