Location, location, location. Easy walking to most of the highest interest sites (~2 blocks to Seine). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Great location, clean rooms
Uncomfortable pillows and the sink would fill up with water within few minutes and it would not drain

It was right off a main road and easy streets to get to the Eiffel Tower / Airport. 5th arr. when we originally got to Paris we stayed in the 1st arr. and you have to add 20 min at least to any taxi ride anywhere!
Rooms were extremely small.
