The location of the hotel is the best if you want to visit the touristic places around it. The staff were very kind and even helped us to send our luggage to our room at the top floor. The room had everything from towels to soap and else. It was pretty decent.
The floor that we got was on the fifth, and has no elevator, so ot was very exhausting going up and down, even with luggage.

The property location was perfect for all activities - eating, site seeing and shopping.
No bar fridge.

Great location. Helpful staff
A mini fridge would have been convenient in the room.

The staff was super nice.
The room was not in good condition. As nice as the staff were, they often didn't fulfill requests to clean the room in a timely manner. They never fixed the window in the shower, which we could not get to close. We had to wedge the window closed so the neighbors wouldn't see us showering. Loud people were hanging out right outside the hotel until 2 or 3 in the morning most nights.
