We had the most amazing view up and down the beach.

Central place, very cozy, felt like at home with it being run by a big family. Our room was taken care of everyday with clean towels and sheets. Great breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful with any question or wish. Will come back here for sure!
I wish I stayed longer. That is the only minus.

Very close to the beach. Rooms with a sea facing balcony have nice views and they are kind of spacious for european downtown standards. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spacious enough.
Several small things.
Whatever happens on the corridors, you hear it inside your room. It can be unpleasant when you are surrounded with noisy guests.
When I tried to shower the facility seemed to be running low on hot water so it was only lukewarm at best. The next day it was OK.
The tap was so short that the flow of water barely reached the sink (on low pressure it didn't).
You need to use public street parking that can be pricey.
Being a beachfront hotel, I was expecting a bit stronger command of english (it was about the same level as anywhere else in Italy)

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and sheets were crisp and main bed comfortable. Second bed could have been better
Air conditioning was broken. Older hotel and most things show wear
