Huge modern apartment with A/C in modern building with direct lake views from most apartments. Higher floors have better views. Lower floors sometimes have to be careful with mozzies in summer. Building has lifts to all floors and some apartments include covered, secure parking. There is also a paid public car park just round the corner. Its a short walk to restaurants and cafes along the lake and 15 minute walk to Tremezzo which has more options. The village is very quiet with a nice but steep walk up to St Martins church - about an hour each way with fantastic views over the lake towards Bellagio. This part of the lake is pretty quiet so its a good based to relax and get the boat to other towns, but don't expect lots of nightlife. The restaurants and occasional bars all have a relaxed local feel. Friendly staff.

The views of the lake and Bellagio were spectacular. Parking on premises. The apt was spacious. Very secured building. Also close to the ferry drop off

The location.

We booked a lake-view room, but it overlooked a wall and greenery. When we raised this, the property insisted it counted as lake view because the lake was visible outside, and offered to move us for only one night. We also found rubbish under the sofa, the bed was very unstable, and the extractor hood fell on us. The towel situation was particularly concerning: we were first told the small cloths were for the bidet, then—after questioning the hygiene of placing them on top of the bath towels—that they were actually face towels. We were told to collect replacements ourselves from level -1. The poor response to these issues made our stay very disappointing.
