The house is modern and has a well equipped kitchen. It is located in Hernani which is more like a 15-20 minute drive to San Sebastián’s city center. It is about 30-40 minutes by bus. The center of Hernani which has a few shops, restaurants and grocery stores as well as bus access to San Sebastián is just a few steps away. The pool was also nice and is actually a bit larger than it looks in the photos. My main issue was the air conditioning is nonexistent in most of the house (despite being listed as a feature). The two 3rd floor bedrooms have air conditioning, but the remainder of the house does not (despite being told it does even at check in). The host ignored my messages asking to reduce the temperature in the home (we were asked not to touch the thermostat). On our final day, she mentioned it was broken. Poor communication and disappointing as we chose this home due to it having air conditioning.

The property is wonderful and in a great location. It is very easy to be there and get around without a car.

We had three couples stay at the villa. We had an amazing stay in Hernani which has quick access to San Sebastian and other neigbouring villages. The villa was clean and well equipped. Underground parking was safe and secure. Although the temperatures were not great for enjoying the swimming pool there were two great outdoor areas which we did use for dinning and relaxing. Highly recommend this house for your stay in Sebastian.

What a find! This home is gorgeous with everything top notch! There is a little place for tapas and drinks just across the street and market nearby. Good train service into San Sebastián or use of locked garage right in center of things. Elixabet is the perfect hostess and Basque Country unbelievably gorgeous!
