About this apartment rental
Our spacious family apartment is attractively furnished and has Wifi and hot/cold air conditioning, making it suitable all year round. The lounge/dining area has a sofa and double sofa bed, 40 inch flat-screen TV with free to air English channels, film 4 and DVD player. An Indoor dining table and chairs to seat 6. A large picture window leads to a spacious balcony with table and chairs which makes a lovely setting to relax over breakfast or an evening glass of wine with a book. Both twin-bedrooms have large mirrored wardrobes and plenty of hanging/storage space. With a double sofa-bed in the lounge area, our apartment will sleep up to 6 should you wish however, we feel it is best suited for 2 couples with children rather than 6 adults with it only having one bathroom. The bathroom has a fully fitted shower, wash basin, toilet and washing machine saving you time and money at the laundrette. With baggage prices rising, you can also take less clothes! There is a large balcony with new rattan table and chairs which seats 6 but there are spare chairs which can also be used should you wish. From the apartment you can see the sea alongside the executive apartments in-front as it is literally a stones throw away. However I would like to be honest and to call it a sea view would not be right. As this is our family apartment the modern fitted kitchen includes an integrated electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. The fridge/freezer is family sized and large enough to store food to cook for a few weeks. We also have a microwave steraliser which you are free to use for infants. There is also an iron and ironing board. A small but well equipped supermarket and hairdressing salon are located very nearby so you need not venture far for all necessities. This apartment is ideal for couples and families alike and guests return year after year due to its exclusive location yet cost effectiveness. We also welcome cyclists who are sure to enjoy being at the foot of the famous Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which provides a favoured training location of many Professional teams (including Bradley Wiggins, who himself owns an apartment closeby). Check out The quaint town centre with its many high quality yet affordable restaurants is a delightful ten minute stroll along the exclusive Pine Walk. However, for that special occasion, there are also plenty of restaurants to rival the worlds best and even the King of Spain's favourite fish restaurant!

Such great value for money. We had a wonderful stay- check in was simple, apartment is as pictured (and feels much bigger than it looks). Air con in one of the bedrooms as well as the living room. Some beach accessories provided (such as parasol and buckets and spade). We also really enjoyed using the terrace for Al fresco dinners. Although the apartment does not have wifi, we actually found it was a unique opportunity to disconnect from our busy lives back home, although this might not be the case for everyone so it is something to note (we didn’t realize at the time of booking). Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect apartment for a mini cycling trip! Four adults stayed, plenty of room, including lots of space for bike storage on secure balcony. Apartment had all facilities we needed and a good swimming pool / sunbed area you can use. Great local friendly bar and restaurants nearby. Nice quiet area with very pleasant walk into main town on sea front. Simon the owner very responsive to any questions, we would definitely go back again.

Apartment was a home from, lovely fresh and clean. Host supplied detailed instructions and information 5 star. If being super critical it would be nice to have a hairdryer in the apartment and a few more towels. Location is just amazing.

without a doubt, the flat surprised me a lot. Everything was so clean, with so much handy stuff, kitchen equipment was all perfect, with so many glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc. Nice and really comfy beds. Large enough for a group. Simon provided us so many useful information. I would definitely return to this flat and recommend it to friends.

5 stars across the board. Great location, beautiful mountains, beaches and caves. Really friendly people to deal with. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year to avoid the -30c Canadian winter.

We spent 4 very uncomfortable days and unable to work online. This is a very basic apartment for a not so basic price. No wifi, no blow dryer, no kitchen basic supplies such as salt and pepper, napkins, paper towels, no first day coffee/tea/water, no basic laundry supplies, so if you don’t bring all your own supplies from the start, you are out of luck. Uncomfortable beds, A/C only in one of bedrooms. The water heater was turned way down so we had cold showers until we figured it out. Owner was quick to respond but his attitude was “I don’t advertise wifi” (or a basic blow dryer for that matter). On the other hand, he had several demands - take out the trash on the way out (we always do), empty A/C bucket outside, check in after 4:30pm and check out by 10:30am. So, to say the least, we felt very uncomfortable and would never recommend this property.

My friends and I loved staying at this apartment. It was a 2 minute walk away from a really nice stretch of beach, the apartment was lovely and clean, and it had all the facilities (bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, balcony). Also Simon was great when it came to answering any questions we had, always responding promptly. Would recommend !

A very nice, clean basic apartment which provides everything you need, in a great location. Checking in was straight forward, the only thing to be aware of is if like us you arrive late evening there isn't any shops/ bars open so after an hours journey from the airport we could of done with some water and bread etc. The apartment is so close to the beautiful beach on pine walks which we went to every day. You can use the pool at the apartment but you are only allowed a sunbed if you book lunch. I would recommend the apartment and will go back again.

This apartment was easy to find, close to the pine walk and with easy parking round about.
The apartment itself was a good basic 2 bedrooms apartment with a balcony, which suited our family well.
We had an unfortunate incident where our hire car was damaged after parking directly outside the restaurant below. We think some of the clients that were watching a football match in the restaurant were sitting on the car and stubbing out their cigarettes on the bonnet. We moved the car the other nights and no repeat of the problem.
We booked very last minute and Simon was very helpful in getting all the apartment information to us before we arrived.
Overall an easy apartment to use and stay in. Thank you.

Excellent apartment just off Pine Walk
This apartment is a little gem. Lovely bright lounge with great balcony. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us even with the sofa bed made up. The location is superb, just a few steps from the waters edge. The marina is a 10 minute walk with lots of restaurants on the way. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. We would love to go back.

Perfect location
We had a 10 day stay here as a family of 5. The apartment was adequate size for us all. No complaints about the rooms although a little updating wouldn’t go amiss. The location was just perfect. A short walk to the beach and The pine walk takes you to a variety of restaurants/ shops to suit all the family.
We preferred not to use the Laguna pool and restaurant which is next to the apartment as even though we purchased food and drink the owners made us feel very uncomfortable which is the last thing you want to feel when your on holiday!

Amazing location!
We loved the short distance to the gorgeous pine walk and how uncrowded and delightful the beaches along the walk are. By day and by night. We felt safe to let our tweens walk around alone.
The apartment was very nice, comfortable beds and the air con much needed.
We understood that the pool was part of the restaurant so we had a big meal at the Laguna on the first night. Then we found we went off the pool a bit. We hadn’t quite realised the exact set up - as soon as you go to the pool area, the waitresses swoop in and demand an order. Fair enough but it just felt a bit unrelaxed. Also the pool was often quite dirty with bits of food etc. We were probably just unlucky. The pool is a great size with lots of beds. We just ended up being at the beach instead which we loved! Thanks for a wonderful week.

Perfect
Best location ever stayed at, so close to pine walks which we love. Spotlessly clean ant quiet. Lovely breakfast at Laguna on ground floor. Hairstylist next door is amazing !

Value for money, great location.
We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It's well equipped and in a great location.
It is a little noisy, as it's close to a large hotel so there are often delivery lorries pulling up outside in the mornings. This is really the only downside as far as we can see.

Lovely apartment in a great location
The apartment was spacious enough for two couples with the beach literally 2 minutes walk away. The Laguna bar and pool below the apartment is fabulous with great food! Simon was very accommodating as our flights changed quite last minute, thank you! As we arrived in the early hours it would have been nice to have a small welcome pack even if it only included essential basics such as water, bread and butter. That said, it was a great excuse to go and have our breakfast on the beach front.
All in all we had a wonderful time in Majorca!

We know Puerto Pollenca well from previous stays and the location was perfect for us.
The use of the pool facility in the restaurant below was ideal for relaxing and swimming.

Perfect position on the pinewalk
This apartment could hardly have been in a better position. Seconds walk to the beach - my little boy was in there all day every day. The pool at Laguna is a good size but we steered clear mainly because he is 3 and there were a lot of much bigger kids bombing in and we were not convinced he wouldn't get jumped on as he was quite happy just bobbing about! We did have a meal there which was nice and the pool was quiet and great at that time of day.
The apartment was a nice size; with a 12 wk old it was great to have access to a microwave for sterilising and a cot was available for him too. I bought washing powder and we used the machine plenty - meaning we are going home with not too much washing to do! The cards for recommended restaurants were good and we used the taxis a bit who were great. The shop underneath was shut but we just went round the corner for breakfast stuff. It might have been nice to have had some sort of welcome pack - even a couple of bottles of water and some bread and butter - we arrived quite late (unplanned) and it would have been good to have something to give the 3yr old to tide him over.
Carmen is super helpful and really lovelt and the owner was also easy to contact and great to deal with.
The aircon works well - none in the back bedroom which does get quite warm. Balcony is lovely and fab to sit on at night.
All in all, we loved it. Thank you so much for letting us stay!!

Great apartment, great location
Simon’s apartment was in the ideal location and was very homely and clean. Simon was the perfect host, lots of useful information and helpful advice. The apartment benefits from a lovely balcony and stayed cool despite the extremely hot temperatures in Majorca this year.

Absolutely perfect in every way!
Right from the start we had an amazing time spent at this lovely propery.
The owner could not have been more helpful, we were supplied with excellent instructions on how to get there on all transport.
The apartment was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The air conditioning was fantastic and the lish channels kept our teenage girls up to date.
The property is in a quiet location right next to a 5 star hotel so very easy for taxis etc.
The location is amazing, A 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the mariner with its fabulous shops and restaurants.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough and hope to be back soon to this lovely home from home.

All three of us enjoyed our stay thoroughly, the beds were comfortable, the dining /lounge area relaxing to spend time in. We dined in on two occasions and had all the necessary utensils to hand. The balcony was a pleasure to have a pre-dinner drink before heading out for the evening. We thoroughly relaxed and chilled out in this apartment and had the U.K. channels if we wanted to keep abreast of what was happening in the world at large. We ate in the Laguna restaurant on the day we arrived and the food was good. We also dropped in regularly for a pick me-up coffee in the morning where we could avail of the Wifi to check our e-mails. We also availed of the Laguna pool area and relaxed and enjoyed the sun loungers in the late afternoon. It is important to buy a beverage of some kind when availing of the pool lounger as it would be disrespectful to Miguel and his team not to do so. Carmen who looks after the Apartment was very helpful when we had two little issues to solve. The bus route to Formentor is near the back entrance to the Laguna and it's well worth a trip for a few hours. It's pretty hairy travel wise (especially on the bus), as it's windy, very steep and very busy with lots and lots of traffic and cyclists on the route . Our bus driver deserved an Oscar on how he managed to manoeuvre the bus in very very difficult circumstances. We also went down to the Illa d'Or hotel one evening for an after dinner drink and while you might think it would be very expensive, we were pleasanty surprised with the till receipt. The hotel is beautiful and the interior is just pure class. The outside area is just as beautiful but we choose indoors to have the drink as it was early night and was quite cold to sit outside. The views from there are wonderful.

Our arrival flight to PMI on the 25th of April was 20 minutes late and added to that our baggage was a full three quarters of an hour late coming through so we were almost a full hour and a half late appearing at the Hoppa Transfer Desk. However, it was
not an issue and we were transferred by taxi with the minimal of delay to Puerto Pollensa. Our departure time was also clearly communicated to us by e-mail the day before, a very efficient service.
