Location was okay (close to the train station + bus stops nearby), good value vs its price compared to other Bergamo hotels at Booking. We stayed at twin room on 6th floor with spacious bathroom, it was in September so the temperature in room was just right (can't comment heating nor air condition). For one night stay it was okay
A very minor thing: the keychain fits the vibe of the place (you can see it on pictures) but I can't imagine walking with it for a couple of days, it's heavy and quite big! Breakfast was with basic food options but what surprised me: we were not asked about drinks to our breakfast while apparently other tables were and could order cappucino etc., not sure what happened but please, treat all your guests with same respect :)

The room was clean and comfy.
They gave me a room on the 7th floor but the lift went up to the 6th floor only, so I had to carry my bags up and down one floor to reach the lift.

Breakfast was great. The city center is within walking distance, and the bus station is nearby. There’s also plenty of parking.
If you’re planning to go out for a late dinner, just keep in mind how you’ll get back to the hotel.
The bath towels have a strong, unpleasant smell.
