The house is beautiful and the place where it is inserted is fantastic. Everything was very clean and tidy, the house is even better in real life than in the photo, there is plenty of space. The check-in process is very easy, the host is friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back as soon as possible.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier. Ein tolles und gepflegtes Haus direkt in einer Golfanlage. Es ist alles vorhanden. Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß mit hellen Bädern. Wir raten allerdings zu einem Mietwagen, da der nächste Supermarkt etwas weiter weg liegt. Die Kommunikation mit Gordon war klasse.

Het huis is gelegen in een afgesloten residentie binnen het resort Praia d’el Rei. Wij hadden het hier enorm naar onze zin. De 3 zwembaden zijn prachtig gelegen in perfect onderhouden tuinen. Het huis is een en al comfort; ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De stranden in de buurt zijn adembenemend mooi. Prachtige zondondergangen!

Wir waren mit dem Haus und der Umgebung äußerst zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, tolle Betten, und riesig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und reibungslos. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens allen empfehlen.

My family and I had a great time at this townhouse at Praia del Rey. The condominium is definitely the best there. Very well located in the middle of the resort, steps away from the clubhouse and a children's playground, and walking distance to the beach. In my opinion it has the best advantages of being in a top condominium (private access, safety, large common areas,beautiful gardens, heated pools, paddling pools for). However, it also offers a lot of privacy. It is unbelievable how quiet it was, (it was August!), you cannot even feel the neighbors. Furthermore, the people you see there are all very nice, mostly families with kids from different nationalities (British, Portuguese, Spanish, French) which make a very cosmopolitan atmosphere. So it is a great options for families with kids, so they can meet and play with some other kids. Inside, the house is very nice and comfortable. Very well equipped, we traveled with two small kids and we found all we needed (cot, high chair, tableware, etc). You can feel that the owners really enjoy renting their house, and provide all the necessary information to make your stay unique and special. You can find a lot of helpful information about activities to do, places to visit, etc. In case there is any issue, the person who manages the property and the housekeeping services reacts immediately to solve any problem. Great choice.

On the ground floor you can find a double room, a bathroom, a huge living room and a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, dishwasher,...). On the first floor there are another two big rooms with en suite bathroom and one of them has a big terrace. Outside the house there is a barbecue and another terrace that leads to a big garden. The house is less than two minutes walk to two of the swimmingpools of the resort. The contact with the owner via email is fluent and accurate, and he even provided us with a high chair and a cot for the baby. Peniche is not far away and there you will find everything you need for leisure and shopping. I highly recommend this villa, and I definitely would pick up this villa if I ever go back to Peniche.

Superb clean and well equipped house in lovely gated complex. The pool was literally 2 minutes walk away which was great for our daughter. The house was clean and very well maintained. Golf course and clubhouse all very close. Town of Peniche only a short car journey away with its great fish restaurants and surfing beaches. Would definitely return to location and property. What a fantastic place! the villa is located in a very well kept gated community with beautiful landscaping and several large pools. Golf courses and the ocean are in walking distance. the beaches are simply amazing and virtually empty! The villa itself is very well equipped and spacious enough to easily accommodate a party of six. i cannot think of one thing we found missing and we actually spent most evenings at home cooking our own meals. we took our kids (aged 5 and 2) plus a friend and it was the perfect vacation for everyone. there is plenty to do nearby: all kinds of sports, sightseeing etc. we had a fantastic time and are looking to return very soon. highly recommended!

The Area has some truly stunning Castles and Palaces and so much to keep you occupied. Obidos is a Postcard Town and just 15m drive, resort is just an hours drive from Lisbon and the motorways are empty.

The Villa has a lot of very nice touches and includes everything you need for a self catering holiday. The surrounding area is lovely and I recommend a visit to Obidos which is a walled town with lots of little shops and cafe's. I would highly recommend the Vila for anyone wanting a relaxing break, the Golf course looks fantastic and the food at the club very good also. We hope to return soon.
