We had a wonderful stay at the villa in July 2025. We were 13 adults (6 couples and one single friend) and we found there was ample room for all of us. The villa is perfectly located for Ostuni, Locorotondo, and Alberobello, and Matera was a 90 min drive away (do not miss). Teresa was an excellent host, clear and helpful and communicative, and the house was absolutely beautiful and well-appointed. We had some small technical issues but Teresa was always available to respond and fix them. She put us in touch with Flinny, who is a local chef, and we really loved having her prepare breakfasts for us and a special celebratory Birthday dinner. It was a beautiful touch and it really helped us all relax. All in all, it was an incredible stay.

The villa was all that we required… clean and plenty of space for four family groups.
Beautiful pool area.
The outdoor dining space was perfect for family breakfasts and dinners in the tranquil evenings.
Flinnie, our breakfast chef, was amazing and wonderful arriving every morning with fresh bread and fruit and setting up and serving breakfast . It was a perfect start to the day.
Flinnie also cooked a delicious dinner of Pugliese food along with vegetarian choices…amazing, we had an evening of great food, wine and dancing.
The location is central to many of the famous towns in Puglia and reasonably close to Matera (1.5 hrs away).
Transport is essential and best provided by a local tour operator, such as Puglia With Locals…this was a perfect combination for us.

We were 2 families with teen kids (9 of us in total) and had a great time at Teresa’s villa. It is rustic feeling Trulli style construction, comfortable beds, lots of space to eat and lounge outside. Aircon in most rooms. A really good sized pool. The location was perfect for visiting local towns and restaurants. Teresa was good on comms. Martina Franca and Cisterino were our favourite places. We needed longer than a week really but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

We booked this villa for a party of 4 in early september. Firstly, the decor inside is just as the pictures, very new and stylishly done, everything spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen, with everything you might need. Teresa was very good to deal with by email, gave us great directions and a very warm welcome. There are also some pet cats from a neighbouring house that come to visit and can be adopted! Unfortunately there were a few unhappy extras as well. The property is situated across the valley from a quarry, and the loud noise of that goes on all day long - not very relaxing! We had use of 2 bedrooms - but only 1 fan for the entire property - and that we only discovered hidden in the corner of a bedroom on day 3! Not great when there was a heatwave and temp of 37 degrees, made the house very uncomfortable by day, and hard to sleep by night. The local area is amazing - so many gorgeous villages, wonderful sights, local people, cuisine within a short drive, we ate like kings on produce from the surrounding countryside, so we will definitely be back to puglia, and this locality, but perhaps not to this villa.
