Casa cómoda, espaciosa, jardín agradable con pasto, sombra y barbacoa; todo muy completo. Muy cerca de playas bonitas rocosas a pie o en bici con ciclovía, para visitar distintas playas o pasear o ir a las ruinas de Empurias. Se pueden hacer muchas cosas/visitas en bici del lado del centro o más allá (cala Bongo, etc), pero con pendientes. El centro (restaurantes, comida para levar, juegos para niños, etc) está más alejado, pero hay 2 supermercados con panaderia muy cerquita. Con familia numerosa o de a 2 familias, es ideal! La pasamos hermoso.

Maison spacieuse à la propreté irréprochable, avec un jardin plat sécurisé parfait pour les enfants donnant sur une terrasse où nous avons passé tous nos repas. 5min à pied de la plage par un chemin piéton/velo sous les pins. Quartier calme. Nous reviendrons probablement. A recommander pour les familles

Super maison familiale. Le jardin est super et la maison est très bien équipée. Le garage est un vrai plus. La plage est a 5min à pied. Les restaurants un peu plus loin. Pleins d activités à faire aux alentours. Je recommande à toutes les familles.

Maison bien située qui permet des balades à pied et à proximité de très beaux sites. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir manger sur la terrasse et bien profité du jardin.

Maison au top, très bien située pour beaucoup d'activités sans prendre la voiture. Parfait pour venir en famille. Très bon accueil et très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons sans doute !

Aprovechando el puente de diciembre, hemos pasado 4 días con una familia de amigos. Éramos 4 adultos y 6 niños. Hemos estado genial en el apartamento y nos ha hecho muy buen tiempo con lo que el fin de semana ha salido redondo. Como único pero, es algo incómodo para viajar con bebés (en nuestro caso íbamos con uno) o si alguien tiene problemas de movilidad (uno de nosotros iba con muletas) ya que para llegar al apartamento hay que subir unas cuantas escaleras con las que no contábamos (abajo está solo el parking). Aparte de eso, la casa está muy bien.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à L'Escala pour ces vacances. Même mi-octobre l'eau était bien baignable et le bord de la mer à L'Escala est super joli. L'appartement est très bien situé commode et confortable. Les 2 vélos à dispo ainsi que la table de ping-pong en bas sont idéals. A refaire à l'occasion.

L’Escala is a very nice place for a summerholiday! Within walking distantie from the beach and the old town with taverna’s and restaurants the house is situated at a nice location. Enough space for a family of 6 and a beautiful garden for a BBQ evening so we might come back in the future!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille . Nous étions 10 personnes , 7 adultes et 3 enfants + un petit chien . La maison est très bien aménagée. Le jardin clos est très appréciable et sécurisant pour les enfants . Enfin l'emplacement est idéal , à 5 mn de la plage la plus proche , 10 mn des ruines d'Empuries (à découvrir absolument) et à 15 mn du centre de la vieille ville . Nous envisageons d'y retourner l'année prochaine . Il a fait très chaud durant notre séjour , une climatisation aurait été la bien venue ... mais c'est un détail !

Wir haben mit zwei Familien (8 Personen) 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Sind überaus zufrieden mit dem Haus. Die Lage im Ort ist sehr gut. Der für Kinder perfekte Strand und Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen (es stehen aber auch 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung). Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter reagierten unmittelbar bei Fragen und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Fazit: unbedingte Empfehlung

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der Einzug verlief reibungslos. Von Außen wirkt das Domizil unscheinbar, aber im Innern ist eine schöne Perle versteckt mit einem dazugehörigen tollen Garten, der komplett geschlossen ist (super geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern) und einer herrlichen Terrasse. Richtig toll zum entspannen, toben oder auch die Abende zu genießen. Der Wohn-und Schlafbereich ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und ohne großen Beschädigungen. Wir haben in dem Haus nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist, was den Strand betrifft, super. Etwa 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Nur wenn man in die Stadt möchte, ist es etwas außerhalb. Allerdings ist L'Escala nicht so groß, sodass man die auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Alles in allem ist das Haus nur zu empfehlen!

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Rafael et Montse, conforme à la description de l'annonce, très propre, très pratique. Proche de la plage (5min à pieds) non surveillée, mais magnifique. L'Escala est très propre, toutes les commodités à proximité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!! Idéal pour 2 familles avec enfants(jardin clos et arboré, 4 chambres)

Maison très bien située à 4 mn à pied de la plage, proche des hypermarchés. Maison très bien aménagée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille.

Es el segundo año que pasamos las Navidades en esta casa.Para nuestra familia es perfecta.Ha hecho muy buenos dias y hemos podido comer fuera y hacer barbacoas. La casa está muy bien,muy limpia y muy completa.Volveremos sin dudarlo. Gracias.

Los adultos hemos disfrutado, y los niños mas, alternando entre el jardin y el garage, con su mesa de ping pong. Muy bien ubicada, cerca de todo, la playa, los supers y el centro.

NOUS SOMMES RAVIS DE CETTE LOCATION, PROPRETE, EMPLACEMENT, TRANQUILLITE ET ACCUEIL TOUT ETAIT PARFAIT. NOUS REVIENDRONS!!!

La maison est agréable et bien située. On peut aller à la plage, faire les courses, sortir le soir dans la vieille ville, tout à pied. Propre, fonctionnelle, la maison a beaucoup d’atouts. La terrasse et le jardin sont très jolis et on aime y passer du temps. Les propriétaires sont agréables et prévenants. A peine rentrés nous envisageons déjà d’y retourner !

We have mainly good things to say about the property, but we also have a few disappointments we should mention. Firstly the location is excellent. It was a short walk (about 15 minutes) into l'Escala where the sea-fronted old town is full of interesting shops, tapas bars and restaurants. From the villa it is also easy to walk along a delightful coastal path, past the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries, and in 25 minutes arrive at St Marti d'Empuries (good restaurants). There are many sandy beaches and coves along the way, with a few beach cafes as well. The first beach you pass on this path, also seemed to be dog friendly. The villa itself was clean and well prepared for our visit. The little garden and patio were excellent for sitting and eating outside, with a retractable canopy that could be used to shield the outside table and chairs form the sun.The large clean garage easily held two cars. There were six adults in our party and I would have thought that would be the sensible maximum number the villa would take with comfort. It is advertised to hold up to 8 or 10 people, and it does have beds for this, but the small kitchen, and lounge area will mean the place would feel very crowded. There were, for example only 4 interior dining chairs and TV seating for 4 people. The absence of an electric kettle made heating water on the cooker a slow process. The dedicated shower room is very small, although the larger upstairs bathroom also has a shower over the bath. Overall we had a very good short holiday and enjoyed our stay at the villa, but had there been 10 of us, things would have beenfar less pleasing.
