Do you like the Lake Maggiore? Then you should take a closer look at the holiday paradise "Perla del Lago" because here you will find everything you need for a dream holiday. The approximately 115 m² large, light-flooded 4-room apartment is located in the 1st. OG a 2-family house about 4 km above the place Cannero and the lake. The tasteful, modern and high-quality furnishings, the spacious interior and exterior and the magnificent panorama view guarantee pure relaxation. Two modern bathrooms, a dishwasher and washing machine, free wireless Internet access and a trampoline for children offer you additional comfort. From the approx. 40 m² balcony you can reach the garden with its solar heated pool (about 7 mx 3.5 m, weather permitting from mid-April to mid-October), in which you can relax wonderfully. For the young guests there is even a playhouse, a slide and a small sandbox. After the stressful holiday of the day, the approximately 75 m² Portico (= covered terrace) invites you to barbecue, where you can end the evening with a nice glass of wine. If that does not sound like a great holiday, then what? If you feel the need for movement, this retreat is also an ideal starting point to explore the impressive surroundings on the numerous walking and hiking trails. The many vantage points surprise you with changing views on the exceptionally beautiful landscape and the lake. The area is ideal for mountain bike tours. You can park your car in the garage on the property or on the car parking. The pool is shared on weekends and sporadically during the week by the landlords. Pets are not allowed.
