Our 40 m² loft with a private garage, located right in the heart of downtown, will charm you with its exceptional location on Place du Diamant, just 200 m from the beach, the shops on Rue Fesch, restaurants, and the local farmers’ market.
Located on the top floor—just a few steps from the elevator—this bright, air-conditioned space features contemporary furnishings and tasteful decor, welcoming you to a dream destination. It features an entryway with a walk-in closet, a beautiful living room with a Ligne Roset leather sofa, an alcove bedroom (160x190 bed), and a sofa bed (sleeps 2). The kitchen is fully equipped and features a very large table. The bathroom with a separate toilet features a walk-in shower and high-quality finishes. In a quiet setting with a view over the rooftops, you’ll enjoy the laid-back lifestyle of Ajaccio.
Cleaning fee of 30 euros to be paid on site.

We stayed for 3 nights to explore Ajaccio and nearby beaches, and this apartment had everything we needed! Appreciated the beach towels and umbrella, and the ability to wash a load of laundry! The owner was responsive and helpful.

Apparemment conforme à la description, propre, très bien placé au coeur de la ville d'Ajaccio a proximité de toutes les commodités.
Nathalie est très disponible et à l'écoute de ses hôtes, je recommande sans hésitation

Accueil et communication excellents avec Nathalie la propriétaire, qui a gentiment attendu notre arrivée à minuit ! Propriétaire au petits soins, très gentille et disponible. Emplacement idéal en centre ville dans un bel immeuble, avec box pour la voiture (un grand ++). Nous étions trois, mais ce studio est idéal pour deux personnes.
