It is elegantly furnished with a large sofa, 3 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included. The modern kitchen has independent access and is well equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a kitchen table and a set of chairs. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. There is a sofa-bed for 1 additional person, completing the house capacity for up to 10. The first bathroom features a large bathtub, and is opposite bedroom 1, on the first floor. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the second floor with bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the ground floor across the patio with bedroom 4 and bedroom 5. The house has an exceptionally sunny terrace with rooftop views on the second floor. It is decorated with plants, and furnished with a large dining table, chairs, canopy and an outdoor shower. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. There is a small cupboard kitchen with a fridge next to the terrace.
