Location, quiet place, big apartment.
The stuff was rude. Towels and bedsheets not so clean and smelly. Only one bedroom, one double bed and one sofa-bed in it. Sofa-bed is suitable just for one teenager/adult because of the size. No bed/sofa bed in living room. So really, sleeping space just for 3 people.

Overall I was really happy with everything, quite neighborhood, modern comfortable furniture, private parking. Would definitely recommend
It's really hot in 3rd floor during summer, and there too much accessories on shelves for kids to broke. Secondly, there are master room with 2 double beds, and sitting room with large corner sofa (not bed), so if you go with another couple it's quite uncomfortable to sleep in one room. I would count 1 room with 2 double bed plus sitting.
