It's cheap for a reason.

This place is very cheap compared to a lot of places in L'Estartit. Easy check in with clear instructions, clean, tidy, good shower, good light in the living room, patio enables clothes drying, close to a Spar mini supermarket with plenty of goods, utensils provided. For the price I paid, I am trying to be objective, but there are obviously negative points too.

I had no wifi for the entire trip although I used my own Vodafone wifi. I didn't love the contact with staff. They didn't know which utensils they had and they probably knew the wifi wasn't working, but I didn't even bother to ask again. Bedding was poor as I personally like a thicker blanket (the provided a table cloth and called it a blanket). Beds are cheap and of poor quality for sleeping. It's far from the beach, but I did book it knowing that (I'd recommend giving it some thought if you want convenience). They do not provide towels and offered to rent one for 5€. Pool was a bit meh and not really cleaned (never went in it). Look, it's cheap and it shows. It's like a 30 year-old timeshare that RV Hotels have bought (It's a chain of hotels) and put a fancy sign of the company. However this doesn't hide the fact it is extremely average hence my low score.

It doesn’t worth the money you pay for this property

Location

No towels. Not even soap for hands/shower. Apartment look old and pool area need to be renovated, pool toilets are disgusting.

Nice neighborhood, well located flat but not comfortable at all.

The flat was well located, close to the beach.

- The beds were not comfortable at all, we all suffered back pain after sleeping. - All the sun loungers (in the pool area) were dirty. - The wifi signal was poor, we could not connect.
