Location is excellent from Gare de Est train station. Many good restaurant/bars in the neighborhood. Good .
The ion was very small even for only two of us. Elevator was even smaller!!!!

Room is spacious and quite quiet given where the hotel is. Very conveniently situated for Gare du Nord and Metro.
Washbasin was blocked on arrival. Nowhere to hang wet towels in the shower room yet they have a sign urging you to re-use them! Aircon was turned off at reception - had to ask for it to be turned on.
Breakfast was poor for the money so next day we went to a local patisserie/café L'Exquise round the corner for a great breakfast for the same price. Staff were a bit dour.

Perfect location, a short walk to the city center and close to the train station. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The staff was nice, helpful, and gave good service
Missing hooks in the bathroom and a toothbrush glass

Location
The mattress is in terrible condition ,there is a large carve in the middle that causes back pain. We asked to change but they ignored our request . It is very noisy outside, even with the window closed. The bathroom is tiny and located so close to the bed (and open to it) that you can hear other guests showering all night long. There is no room for two bags, and there are no amenities other than very poor-quality hand soap.
