A estrutura é perfeita para relaxar e aproveitar o tempo.

Lugar é lindo. Tudo elegante, charmoso, calmo, o que torna tudo mais romântico e perfeito. Todos os atendimentos são rápidos. Funcionários, sem excessão, são magníficos, de uma educação, prestativos até demais. Parabéns a todos. Indico e volto muito.

Eu amei tudo. Somente no Último dia que chegaram 3 crianças (não me Matem rsrs tb tenho filhas mas la nao eh pra ir em família) que ficavam pulando e gritando na piscina e isso quebrou a calmaria, o romantismo e o charme do Lugar. Realmente o hotel eh pra casal, é curtir um momento a 2. E os itens do cardápio que tem Um valor um pouco acima do mercado. Ah e senti falta de um petisco mais Leve pra área da piscina (seria mais uma sugestão).

Café da manhã muito completo e maravilhoso, estava uma delícia. Os quartos limpos e confortáveis, a estrutura do hotel é sensacional, piscina grande limpa e aquecida, água e frutas à vontade no Beauty SPA, atendimento impecável, a comida no Bistrô é maravilhosa. Pedimos parmeggiana no almoço e pizza trufada à noite, ambos estavam deliciosos.

Achei o quarto pequeno, mas eu que escolhi assim. Pq tinha opções de quartos maiores , mas os preços bem mais elevados tbem !

O prédio anexo possui um piso de acesso aos quartos que se torna escorregadio quando chove. Eu e meu esposo escorregamos e caímos por duas vezes. Felizmente não nos machucamos.

Great hotel with three amazing restaurants, a great pool and a fantastic beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was great. In summary, this hotel definitely is at par with some of the resorts we stayed at in Asia. Highly recommended.

Hotel is beautiful and have a good infrastructure

The hotel is not flexible at all, specially with guests that live out of brazil. Very disorganized in communication, not willing to help the guest. Hotel charged me for one extra night with the excuse they dont have check-in on saturday, but when I arrived at the hotel my room was not ready and there was check-in on saturdays. When you arrive at the room there is a letter with rules that intimidate you, the hotel ends service at midnight, turning off all lights, and you have no option to bring food or drink to the hotel because is PROHIBITED. It was a very disapointing expecience, since I always wanted to stay at this property.

Delicious breakfast with a great selection of items, respectful and helpful staff, beautiful and pleasant outdoor poor, delightful outdoor patio and beach resort structure with amazing landscape. Well-prepared drinks from the beach club.

Nobody asked me if I was there for any specific special celebration. Room was sometimes infested by the catalyst smell from the street because it was in the same level of the street and close of the side walk were the guest's vehicles are parked. Shower box was not completely sealed letting the water run out to the bathroom floor. Nobody asked me how was my stay when I checked out.

The hotel service is great! Everyone is so polity, and gentle. The hotel is based almost inside a beach, and the structure is so well too.
