What a beautiful place to stay. Turned out the best stay of our trip. So so gorgeous and clean. The cave room is so beautiful like please do yourself a favour by staying here! Plus the breakfast is top notch. So authentic. And Niccola and Giovanni are so helpful and sweet. They even offered a ride up to our car parking as we had huge bags with us. Such a helpful gesture. Loved it!!!

Historical, authentic and being the former family home of the owners, it gave that personal touch and is located in an ideal location to explore the old town.

Nicola was a fantastic host. Warm, caring, and always quick to respond to anything we needed. He took the time to sit down with us and explain everything worth seeing and doing in Matera, which made our visit so much better. A really lovely person, and we felt genuinely looked after. Highly recommended!

The B&B is very authentic with many original features. Ideally located within the Sassi. Very clean and good value for money. Everything you needed. The breakfast was excellent and the host is exceptional. Multi lingual, very knowledgeable and helpful, provided us with restaurants, a map, walks, local must-see attractions in the area.
There is nothing not to like.
