Located in Edinburgh, this charming condo for $342 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. How we’re keeping you safe. We want you to feel relaxed in our apartment. Self catering may be the safest way to take your holidays during the Covid-19 crisis because you have the entire place to yourselves. While none of us can know the exact risk, here are the steps we’re taking to protect you from infection: 1. We already operate a keybox system which means that you won’t need to collect the keys from our concierge 2, We have risk assessed our apartment to ensure we’re ahead of hygiene and infection control protocol 3. Our cleaning team have designed a check sheet specifically for this apartment so that the highest standards can be easily met How you can help. 1. For your safety, we would recommend removing shoes and washing your hands on entry throughout your stay. 2. To protect us all, we ask that you report any Covid-19 symptoms to our concierge team straightaway. Pleasance apartment is fully equipped for up to four adults plus one baby. There's one double bedroom with zip/link beds (can be king size or twin), a double sofa bed (138cm x 185cm) in the living room and cot and highchair. There are two roomy fitted wardrobes and a hall cupboard for suitcase storage. Gas, electricity, towels and linen are all included in the price. Washing up liquid, dishtowels, loo rolls and washing machine tablets will also be provided. The apartment is one of 9 apartments in a quiet, modern, well lit tenement. I live too far away to be on hand during your stay. To make sure you enjoy your time I use a Professional Concierge agency. They'll be on hand for you throughout your visit. Check in will be arranged in advance so you have no fear of delayed flights or late arrivals and can come and go as you please. I have been letting this holiday apartment for 8 years and feel confident you will enjoy the perfect holiday accommodation. There is a welcome folder available on arrival with help and guidance on all aspects of the apartment usage.

Everything went great. A good location that allows a walk to everything in under 20 min. Waverly Station, Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle etc all within a good walk. Would recommend for anyone visiting Edinburgh

This flat is a reasonable size for Edinburgh, well equipped and clean. With windows on both sides, it receives lots of light. The bedroom view of The Crags changes frequently with the light and weather.
The location is excellent, with easy walking access to both the city/university and trails on Arthur's Seat and The Crags. However, it was also easy to jump on a bus or call a taxi if needed.
The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had enough room. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare light meals or serve up a take-away. There's an excellent Greek cafe just across the street by the red telephone box.
I certainly plan to return.

This flat is a reasonable size for Edinburgh, well equipped and clean. With windows on both sides, it receives lots of light. The bedroom view of The Crags changes frequently with the light and weather.
The location is excellent, with easy walking access to both the city/university and trails on Arthur's Seat and The Crags. However, it was also easy to jump on a bus or call a taxi if needed.

134 Pleasance was the perfect location! A great stay for a family but please acknowledge there is only one bedroom and a pull out bed in the living room.

Wonderful stay in Edinborough!
Susie's is a lovely flat with a spectacular view, strategically located within short walking distance of a multitude of attractions. The flat itself is clean, bright, warm and welcoming. There is a café directly across the street that serves excellent coffee and breakfast to start your day. We would highly recommend this VRBO if you are traveling to this historically rich and flavorful city!

Good location
I really enjoyed our stay. The place has great views out front and back windows. It was close to stores for shopping and the apartment had pretty much all of the basics. Drawback was being on the 3rd floor and dragging luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Also, it's a college area and drunk kids were yelling and laughing into the early morning (every single night). The shower had a folding glass screen instead of a curtain that only extended out a few feet so if not careful the bathroom could get all wet. But I liked the place overall.

Excellent responses
We enjoyed "living in the neighborhood". Eddie responded to the few concerns we had which turned out to be our not understanding. He was very kind. Everything was just great. Susie responded immediately to my questions and check in was smooth.

Great intro to Edinburgh
The location is fantastic, the apartment very comfortable, and we enjoyed the neighborhood.

Great location
The 4-story building may not look like much from the outside but once inside the apartment, everything is great. Very comfortable, beautiful views of Arthur’s Seat, grocery stores and shops close by, and, most importantly, walking distance to the Royal Mile and all the attractions. Or if you prefer, bus 14 to the center of everything, stops very nearby.

Nice flat! Excellent location!
My wife and I enjoyed four nights in this Pleasance flat. It is in a great location near all the sights. We walked to the castle, Grassmarket, Holyrood Palace, Jenner’s, Arthur’s Seat, and Waverley Station. The concierge service is great and will help if there are any questions.

Great Location
My son and I spent several nights in Edinburgh and the apartment was a great base for our stay . Place was clean and well stocked and communication with the owner and manager was very smooth . We were very close to the busy tourist area and Royal Mile but slept well as it was nice and quiet in the evenings . Wish we had even more time to explore Scotland !

Perfect for our long weekend.
Needed a small flat for a long weekend in Edinburgh. This flat met our needs - a short walk from train station and major sites. Had plenty of dining options and shoppiing nearby. Owner and manager were easy to contact and provided a lot of local info.

Suzy Black’s apartment is spotlessly clean, has that fine view of Arthur’s Seat out the bedroom and one of a bustling corner from the living room and kitchen. It is right across the street from a tasty Greek restaurant and it has heated towel racks, common in the UK but a luxury. There was also at least one working bedside light. A happy surprise was that it was as quiet as promised in the midst of hectic festival venues nearby.
What it had that I didn’t remember from the description were two and a half flights of fairly steep stairs, which is a challenge with our bags large enough to fit walking boots, poles, and packs.
What this place did not have that I missed was a human touch. The owner has a concierge service reachable by email or phone, but one does not see a person.
Not a problem but a lack. Also not accommodating when we asked to leave our closed cases in the apartment an extra half hour before our train. Not that the concierge would be there to see us off, he just said no.

We stayed at the apartment for 3 days, in August. We specifically went for the Fringe festival and found the location ideal for all our needs, as it was only a short walk to the city centre. It is very well equipped, light, clean and modern. Even though it is located on a main road, the bedroom is at the rear of the property and is very quiet, with great views of Arthur's seat. We hope to return to Edinburgh and would definitely book the apartment again.

Very nice rental! Love the views! Great communication with Susie! Parking garage not far from the rental! Quick walk. Grocery store a few blocks away. Love the front windows enjoyed the sounds! Short walk to the Royal Mile. Would definitely recommend this rental to my family and friends!

This was a fantastic flat. We stayed three nights and fell in love with the city and wished we had more time in the flat. It was exactly as described/pictured and we were very impressed. The views were amazing, the bed comfortable, and the hostess was a great communicator and available. We plan on coming back to Scotland to see more of the beautiful country and will definitely book again.

Within walking distance of everything you might want to see, and the view from the bedroom window is wonderfull - watch out for the sunsets and rises on the hill - spectacular

The flat is close to old town, the train station, markets, and bus stops. It was clean and modern, and had all the amenities you need. The chech in/out process is easy. The furniture is not comfortable. That includes the beds. Also they should provide more towels and more toilet paper.

Top-notch accommodations. Main bedroom super comfy, and what a view! Large living room with two couches. An adequate kitchen in which we cooked breakfast (French press too, thanks!). Very nice and modern bathroom. Location is wonderful, we walked straight to Arthur’s Seat from there. Easy access to Royal Mile and Princess St, but not too close. Easy walk to the Waverley train station, too. The washing machine’s fast-wash cycle was very handy.

The apartment is comfortable, quiet, very conveniently located, and has great views. You can easily walk to the Royal Mile--although you don't have to go that far to find lots of restaurant and pub choices--and equally close to Holyrood and the hike up to Arthur's Seat. Having free parking behind the building was a huge plus.
