House is located about a 5-10 minute walk from Duval St. It is very peaceful, yet close to the action. We typically rent a scooter so we are able to get anywhere on the island very quickly. (Highly recommend that). You will take a step back in time when you walk inside, from the Dade county pine to the squeaky wood floors, yet modern enough to keep you comfortable. Multiple mini split A/C units throughout the house, Updated bathrooms, Wi-Fi, etc. Have stayed here 3 times, will stay again.

Clean house. Central location, we walked everywhere Just enough room to park F-150 inside the gate. Master bedroom upstairs does not have a door, more of a loft configuration. It was too cold for us to use the pool, I assume that's what differentiates this house from others.

We come annually to Key West. This was our favorite house and location so far. I loved being on the cemetery-really so cool. House was spotless and had a beautiful pool area. The local Vacasa office was far more helpful than the canned emails that I received from the Vacasa site. Justin and the gang in the office were a great resource.

It was a comfortable home and in a great area near all attractions. The only issue we had was parking. You need to be an expert parallel parker. We were not aware of the driveway on the side of the house, so use that when possible. We had some issues with it being occupied in the beginning of the stay but the property manager was very helpful. Thank you Vacasa for a great stay!

We were scheduled god a 4 day vacation and got washed out of the last two days. Location was great if you don’t mind being directly across the street from the cemetery. We didn’t mind. Vacasa Properties manages this and many other listings. Very rigid in terms of checking in and out, no exceptions. Cannot reach anyone of authority to make any decisions. House was cute and furniture and beds were comfortable.

Fantastic little spot. Has everything you need and the backyard is like an oasis! We didn’t realize it was right smack in front of a massive cemetery, which for us was a little creepy. But overall great stay!

This house is everything that is advertised and more. We were 2 couple vacationing together and we had more than enough space to have our own space if needed. The pool was amazing. Beds were very comfortable as well as all other furnishings. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed for a week over Labor Day to enjoy Brewfest and spend time with family. The four of us enjoyed Passover Cottage and spent lots of time outside in the pool area. The location was quiet and the property was very clean. Highly recommend!

This cottage is so amazing! We enjoyed the private pool so much. This kitchen is the best appointed I’ve ever stayed in. Location is great. We did have a car and you could park easily. If you don’t want a car rent a golf cart to get around. Vacasa was very easy to work with once we got close to our check in date. They even let us park in their office before we could check in. Thank you! Would recommend and stay again😃!

Overall the property was beautiful, clean and a good location for walking to Duval Street. The parking and swimming pool were the deciding factors in choosing this property as the cost was one of the highest available. We were disappointed that we could not have the pool warmer, even though we had agreed to pay on extra fee for the service.

The property is accurately depicted. It’s in great shape and clean. We had a wonderful time here. The only hiccups were the check in process and bottled responses to all requests. I knew when signing up that check in was not until 4pm and that early check in was a possibility only if available, but I made the assumption (based on other vrbo stays) that we would be able to leave our bags with Vacasa until check in. Unfortunately, when we landed (11:15am) and I texted Vacasa, they said leaving the bags was NOT an option. (A few texts back and forth to clarify and be sure this is what they meant received bottled responses.) So, the 4 of us were left with no option but to lug our bags around Old Town. This was not ideal. This was our first time with Vacasa and didn’t realize the texts went to a different location from the local office. When we realized this, I called the property manager. To his credit he said we should have been allowed to leave our bags. So, there was a disconnect and he said he would check into this. As a whole I felt that we would have gotten a better response had I called the property manager and worked directly with the local office, but didn’t have his number until he checked in with me the day after arriving. Vacasa provides you with a number to text inquiries and you get this prior to arrival. Vacasa is very prompt to respond. The responses however were bottled. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the privacy the house provided. We walked everywhere and had no need for a ride until we left for the airport. The outdoor area was very nice and as a whole was super quiet (note:we were under the inbound flight pattern for jets which don’t start until 7:30am fyi and you will hear roosters crowing) But everyone is hearing this. The place is right across the street from the historic cemetery so you can’t get much quieter. On a general note the people in Key West were incredibly nice and genuine. We really had a nice visit and time at Passover Cottage and Key West and highly recommed both.

Perfect house and great location. The house was actually even better than the pictures. We were on the go so much we really didn't have time to enjoy all it offered. Next time, a day at home to enjoy the backyard and pool. What a gem you have here!

There are not enough words to describe how much we loved our stay. Everything was absolutely perfect - the house was very clean and private. The binder of information left on the coffee table was extremely helpful! We had a little bit of rainy weather, so we were pleasantly surprised to find some fun board games in a drawer that kept us entertained. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Lovely little house centrally located in Old Key West. Surprisingly spacious (big rooms!) with an amazing "backyard" - decks, tables, pool, shower, etc. Very clean and well-maintained. Can't say enough good things -- really a great property. Traveled with partner and two small kids, and had everything we needed.

A must stay location. We love little houses like this one. With it’s central location it’s a 15 minute walk everywhere. The pool is there for morning and evening dips. For the week long visit through the holiday it truly felt like home.

The house was great. Just like the pictures. Easy to walk to everything and one off street parking spot. The pool was great to cool off in. The air conditioning worked fabulous. We cooked a few meals there and it seemed to have anything we needed.

House was perfect for 4 people. Great to have access to a private pool in the Key West heat, while you BBQ nearby, includes an outdoor shower. All the small stuff you may need in the kitchen. Bathrooms were up to date with the rest of the house covered in Old Keys charm. Overall great place

This property was a perfect little Cottage for a family of four. The "Master" suite is upstairs with bathroom is very nice. The bedroom on the main level has two single beds perfect for single kids or adults. It is a nice walk to all the Duval Street attractions and restaurants. The property has a nice closed in back yard with a small pool which we spent a lot of time in cooling off and relaxing. We would 100% rent this cottage again.
