About this apartment rental
This beautiful apartment on a farm has a very nice living room, an infrared sauna and a modern kitchen. With plenty of comfort and a genuine Tyrolean atmosphere, it is ideal for families.
The Hölzlbauer holiday home has a fantastic location. Complete peace and quiet at just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg. The bus stop for the ski bus is only 140 m away and there is a fantastic restaurant with genuine Tyrolean cuisine nearby. In summer, you can enjoy the Austrian outdoors. Several hiking and biking trails lead past this farm and in the immediate vicinity you can find a riding school and several beautiful golf courses.
There is a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and a cosy dining area. The 3 double bedrooms have a private bathroom (shower/basin/toilet), TV and access to the balcony. The balcony around the first floor offers a wonderful view of the fields, the surrounding farms and the mountains. A storage room for mountain bikes is also available.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

The double beds were comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which really helped our group. Parking right outside the door made everything easier too. The living area was roomy with satellite TV for evenings after hiking nearby trails. Overall, good value for the price paid given the modern kitchen and quiet surroundings.

From start to finish, this home was perfect. Exactly what we needed in a perfect location. The host was wonderful and helped when needed. We would definitely stay here again.
