Au delà de mes espérances ! ✨

Notre chambre était juste exceptionnelle. Tous les équipements fonctionnaient très bien (jacuzzi, sauna etc). La chambre est tellement grande qu’on dirait un appartement et le personnel était juste au top ! Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel 😊

Tout petit bémol, la chambre est assez mal insonorisé, nous entendions beaucoup les voisins et la rue très animée.

La ragazza è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, la colazione in camera ci è piaciuta molto e la posizione è ottima!

I getti della vasca idromassaggio non si sentivano addosso e i filtri si staccavano a causa del getto.

Мястото беше много чисто, много приветливо. Разположението е отлично, в близост до метростанция, автобусна спирка, спирката на автобус от летището и на 10 минути пеш от кралския дворец и забележителностите наоколо. Особено внимание искаме да обърнем на Федерика, която беше изключително любезен домакин, много сърдечна и внимателна. Даде ни съвети и информация на местно ниво как да се ориентираме по-лесно, включително и карта на града. Закуската беше богата и вкусна, сервираха ни я в стаята в час, посочен от нас. Препоръчваме на всички, които планират пътуване в Неапол за 3-4 дни!

una notte di relax totale

La struttura è in posizione centralissima a Napoli, a due passi dal Maschio angioino e alla fermata della metro Municipio. L’esperienza è stata perfetta, a partire dal check-in, in cui siamo stati accolti da una ragazza gentilissima e molto alla mano, fino all’ottima colazione del mattino seguente, che viene servita in camera (ci è stato chiesto al momento del check-in cosa desideravamo per colazione). La camera è pulitissima, dotata di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, tv schermo piatto con netflix, frigobar con bevande, asciuga capelli molto potente e kit di cortesia che comprendeva anche ciabattine e spazzolino e dentifricio). La vasca idromassaggio era perfettamente funzionante, con una cascata più grande e una più piccola, l’idromassaggio non è molto potente ma fa bene il suo lavoro. L’esperienza nel complesso è promossa a pieni voti, il Carten è un ottimo posto dove trascorrere un soggiorno di lusso a Napoli.

Soggiorno Spettacolare

Al nostro arrivo subito ci accoglie la receptionist Federica che è stata molto prefessionale e gentile e dopo il check-in ci ha accompagnaiti nella camera che era davvero bella. Il proprietario Filippo è stato molto disponibile, ci ha offerto un tiramisù davvero buono e ci ha spiegato dove andare a mangiare la miglior pizza di Napoli. Il giorno successivo abbiamo fatto colazione (tutto molto buono) e dopo aver fatto il check out siamo andati via. Posto Consigliatissimo!

Bij Carten zit je echt op het juiste plek, alles ligt om het B&B heen kwa bezienswaardigheden! En de personeel was ontzettend aardig en lief!!

Annuncio fuorviante,VIVAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO PER PREZZO E SERVIZI NON DATI.nessuna sauna,mini bagno turco non funzionante.

Preso suite con vasca idromassaggio e “sauna”,purtroppo la dicitura è sbagliata non è una sauna ma un mini bagno turco,il quale la prima notte non si accendeva nemmeno,ho chiesto il giorno dopo al ragazzo che pulisce di farlo vedere,al mio ritorno mi comunica e fa vedere che si accendeva,perfetto,mi cambio entro dopo 4 minuti che si forma una lieve quantità di vapore “non caldo” si spengeva,ma non come un safety limit ma proprio come se non reggeva la corrente e si staccava direttamente dall’interuttore nella centralina all ingresso della camera. Decisamente se avessi saputo fosse stato un bagno turco e che non funzionava nemmeno mai avrei scelto questo posto. DECISAMENTE SOLDI MAL SPESI PER IL SERVIZIO,NON SERVIZIO. Inoltre il ragazzo che fa le camere e porta la colazione,gli avevo chiesto per la colazione alle 8.. per tutta la durata della sosta alle 7 inizia a suonare al citofono😅😅

Ein Kleinod im Dschungel der Stadt.

Außerordentlich schönes, modernes, komfortables Zimmer. Top Völlig unerwartet. Einfach klasse

Der Eingang. Erstmal schwer zu finden wegen schlechter Beschilderung. Dann kommt man in einen Hinterhof mit Mini Fahrstuhl und muß dann noch den Koffer eine steile Treppe hochschleppen. .

La pulizia e i servizi, c’era intonaco lungo i corridoi sgretolato a terra. Per quanto riguarda i servizi sono ridotti all’osso, servizi di streaming che non funzionano e soprattutto se come noi avrei problemi di acqua calda non potrete usufruire neanche del servizio “vasca idromassaggio” in camera

War okay 🤨

Einzig die Lage überzeugt, man ist sehr zentral und kann zu Fuß in alle Richtungen Neapel erkunden

Es ist kein Hotel. Wir sind mit 7 Personen angereist und waren alle in Unterschiedlichen Straßen und Gebäuden untergebracht. Es wirkt wie ein zusammengewürfeltes Airbnb. Auch ein richtiges Frühstücken war nicht möglich, da es einfach keine Räumlichkeiten dafür gibt. Man frühstückt entweder auf dem Zimmer oder in dem Kleinen Café vor dem Haus. Die Zimmer sind okay, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen. Matratzen durchgelegen, kein einziger deutscher Sender im TV. Die Foto‘s bei Booking.com entsprechen nicht mehr der Realität.

Soggiorno fantastico

Posizione ottima, a due passi dai quartieri spagnoli, fermata metro davanti l’hotel, camera ampia, vista castello, jacuzzi fantastica, una vera chicca. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Surface good but not what it seems

Whirlpool for bath which was unexpected. Kitchenette, water upon arrival, lovely receptionist check in, place to keep our bags and wide offer for continental breakfast.

Although it appeared clean when you looked down in corners or behind bed stands where charging phones or shower heads it was dirty. Full of dust and black mould coming out of jets in jacuzzi which wasn’t very romantic…. There was also a smell of egg and past tenants hair. Lots of mosquitos and the view shown in the image is NOT the view you get. Breakfast was booked for 7.30 but did not arrive until we were leaving the building at 7.50. The lady was very sorry but it meant we had paid for breakfast and had to go elsewhere and pay again as we had an excursion at 8… check in was really difficult to find and area did not feel safe.

The location is different from the website, you can locate in the google aps. Is not even a hotel. The breakfast was very poor.

The location was great- right next to the port of you want to do day trips. Really spacious rooms and the spa bath was well worth the extra money!

The building our room was in had renovations going on so the balcony was completely blocked off and we couldn’t open it.

Quick stay in Naples

Quick stay in Naples, the property was located a walkable distance from the port and close to metro stops. Spacious bedroom with a very cool and modern bathroom. Breakfast was good and the staff is really friendly.

Not easy to locate the main check in area. A good number of mosquitos in the room that you will need to hunt. Also a few remnants of killed mosquitos on the walls when we arrived.

The location is great, walking distance to many tourist attractions such as: Via dei Tribunali, Spanish square, Duomo, Chiesa di Chiara and many others. The staff was very helpful and kind, always there to help in most cases.

The listing of the property for the Queen Room included many facilities that we did not find. It promised a balcony (we only had a window with a backstreet view), it also promised ironing services but we did not have any. Another major issue was with the jacuzzi. After filling the tub with water and turning on the jets, some residues from the pipes (probably this is what it was) came into the tub and were floating in the water, making it impossible for us to use it. We reported this issue to the staff and they said they will take a look, but the next day we had the same issue. Going forward, the breakfast was not bad, but it was the same every day, not having many options to chose from and by the 3rd day we were already tired of it. Another issue was with the cleaning services. They were limited and our sheets were never changed in the 7 days we spent there. Lastly, the ceiling is made of wood, making it a heaven for mosquitos. In the time spent there we did not open the window at all but we had dozens of mosquitos every night, leaving us with countless bites and sleep issues.

Great room with friendly and helpful staff

Very comfortable room, with the best breakfast in Italy served in your room. Location was great with easy access to everything. Staff were so friendly and gave good recommendation to get the best pizza for dinner.

I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I stayed with my wife in Carten twice. Right after arriving in Naples from the airport and before flying back. I have to say that I feel disappointed with the low level of service. Photos showing the place of accommodation and possibly eating breakfast are inadequate to the situation. They do not show the truth about the object. I had a 2nd booking. The first was still good, the second was terrible! Breakfast hopeless, cold brought to the rooms, which, as in our case, were in two different places about 300 meters apart. We chose a special place on booking.com to be close to the pier, because I have problems with walking. It turned out that it wasn't a hotel, but just a bunch of apartments scattered around the area. In my opinion, this is a scam and a big scam. I will never go there again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

It was dirty and unsightly! The building during the 2nd stay was under renovation, covered with scaffolding! Noise from workers in the morning. Arranged kitchen, very primitive with a gas stove on the wall, some makeshift in the annex between the cupboards. Bad musty smell and hopeless cold tasteless breakfast delivered to the rooms. In addition, 3 hours before our arrival, we received information about changing the location of our apartment to a different address, which was not in the contract! We are very disappointed with this stay and this place in general!!! I think booking.com should do more to control such places!
