The facilities were great and beyond our expectations, the room was clean and the staff were nice and welcoming.
We needed a gluten free meal which was available at all time.
The price includes a single paid activity per day including the Glockner which was incredibly price worthy.
We booked a queen size bed however we received 2 single beds side by side with a space between them which was uncomfortable as a couple.

Perfektní snídaně, čisté prostředí, naprostý klide a večerní posezení v hospůdce bylo TOP
Nic :D

The Room and bathroom were very clean and nice, there was a heated bathroom in the shower. The pool area was very well maintained, big and open until 22:00. And there is a clothed sauna in the outdoor area
The wellness area is only accessible as a nude area.
The online check-in form does not allow selecting a different Surname for the individual guests and even with E-Mail Check-in (for the Nationalpark-Ticket) the pronouns of the people were assumed based on First name.
