About this villa rental
Casa Luisa. A beautiful villa with spectacular views. Located in Monte Solana, 1 km from the town of Pedreguer and 10 km from the beaches of Denia and Jávea. Easy access from the Mediterranean Highway to the airports in Valencia and Alicante. Set on 850 meters of fenced property, it features a garden and a private 8x4m saltwater pool, a sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a barbecue area, a veranda, and a terrace in the front garden. The 150-meter living space accommodates up to 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, range hood, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, and iron. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, bed linens, and towels. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. The dining room has a fireplace, ceiling fan, 40-inch TV, antenna for national channels and satellite for international channels, VCR, music channel, MP3 speakers, and Wi-Fi. We have a fourth independent room outside the house (without a bathroom), the “Marina” room. There is a €30 daily surcharge if you wish to use the fourth room.

Lovely, homely villa on a quiet residential urbanisation on the outskirts of Pedreguer. Great pool area with fantastic mountain views. The villa is well equipped and we were appreciative of the heating on the cooler evenings! Javier was very quick is communicating. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We had an excellent, relaxing family holiday. The Vila was homem from home. I would highly recommend hiring a car due to the beautiful remote location. We would recommend visiting Moraria, Javea, VillaJoyosa and Playa Santa Ana. The caves and local gardens are great for a family day out. We had a fantastic time.

Great place with above excellent design inside and out. Breathtaking views from an amazing glass terrace that can be opened. I have stayed at 4 places this year and this is the very best. Great communication with the owner

De woning ligt in een aparte compound in de bergen bij Pedreguer dus je hebt voor alles zeker een auto nodig.
Het huis op zich heeft alles qua voorzieningen maar heeft hier en daar wel wat opfrissing nodig. Het toilet trok niet altijd door, het tuinmeubilair is aan vervanging toe. De Wifi werkte ook niet maar Javier heeft hiervoor wel een andere oplossing aangeboden.
Kortom een correcte vakantiewoning in zijn prijscategorie.
