A short distance away from Mahabalipuram, a pleasant stay

The property was spacious, with lot of green open area. The room was quite large.

The facilities were quite basic, given the price. Location was far away from Mahabalipuram. Although inside the room it was clean, the staircase was quite dirty. After ordering in room dining, guests leave the plates outside their rooms and those are not cleared for a long time. Stray cats make a mess there. Even after complaining prompt action was not taken. The options for food were quite limited. One big problem was noise. At wee hours in the morning, nearby temple uses loudspeakers to broadcast their chanting. It is not possible to sleep.

The Four Points Sheraton Mahabalipuram provided an exceptional experience for our family stay. Santosh at the front desk made our check-in seamless and enjoyable, setting a positive tone for our visit. Celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay, Santosh surprised us with a delightful cake and beautifully decorated room, enhancing our special occasion. Opting for the half-board package, we were thoroughly impressed with the dinner offerings. Each dish was bursting with flavor, and the variety and quality of the spread were truly exceptional. Breakfast mirrored this high standard, offering a diverse selection that included delicious waffles and pancakes. This package is undoubtedly worthwhile. The hotel hosted wonderful activities, including a fantastic hi-tea and engaging group games for both kids and adults. Movie nights and providing bicycles for kids to explore the expansive 25-acre property added a special touch. Despite the absence of a beach, the pool area was pristine and enjoyable. The chalets were not only spacious but also impeccably maintained, ensuring a hygienic environment. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment at Four Points Sheraton Mahabalipuram and highly recommend it, especially for celebrating special occasions or creating cherished family memories. The overall experience, coupled with the attentive staff and impressive amenities, made our stay truly memorable.

Beautiful property, good location. Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

A fantastic resort. Lovely restaurant, beautiful property. Has a good swimming pool and gym. Very close to Mahabs shore temple and beach. The room was just a little smaller than expected but still good! Food was amazing. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Valet parking was unavailable.

Not at all value for money. All rooms are over 12000 but felt cheated

The variety in food. Their evening tea was fine.

They had cycles for people to borrow and go around but the area given to cycle is so narrow and little,short distance. The rooms were smaller and bathroom was tiny. For the same price we can get better bigger rooms in other places. Beds were too small..staff were friendly, facilities okay but rooms were too small and bed uncomfortable as blankets were too small. Not at all neat.

Staff must be soft / professional & good housekeeping services & breakfast’s must be lavish.

I stayed room no. 559 , the Toilet in room was too bad. The designed of toilet is not goo. toilet floor is very dangerous, it’s slipping. Must be change floor tiles otherwise it will be big claim arise in near future.

should be avoidable if there is an alternative… price does not match the service rendered

bigger nicely maintained exteriors .. pool is very small and doesn’t fit fit adults to swim .. just standard 4 ft for all … but the water is very well maintained than most of the other resorts

rooms were untidy .. all the wooden doors were not working properly or either damage … in house refrigerator doesn’t work at all … most of the important thing was the all three meals buffet was worst served food by 4points… except jeera rice nothing was so tasty and tea was fine…. rest all were just SHOWOFF… kudos for the waiters and the staff who were refilling the food…

The service was impeccable. The staff were very courteous and attentive.

Very receptive staff and clean premises. Good food and decent buffet spread.

No beach access, fewer facilities than usual for a resort in Mahabs. The pool is super sunny during the day.. so enjoying the summer splash with kids will not be enjoyable. Some cover would be ideal

Fantastic stay..great hospitality

Property was very spacious..great kids play area..swimming pool was clean and well maintained..lounge pool was very good for kids as well. Food was kid friendly and accommodated our customisations too..front desk staffs were very polite , friendly and made the stay as comfortable as policy..kudos to sufal, upama at the front desk for their hospitality.. dining staff Teresa, Shankarjyoti took care of us very well..the chef's were great and even packed food for our kid for the return journey..overall a great place for family especially with kids

would come back again.

the staff were exceptional and made our stay so memorable. they were attentive to our every need. after staying in 3 other 5 star hotels in Delhi and Chennai it was refreshing to be served with respect and care.

the bathroom could be renovated but in such a hot country things deteriorate quickly so it was fine.

Great place to be in for a day or two

Staff hospitality was extremely good. A guy named Chow was incharge of swimming pool and he trained my son to swim in ONE day ! I'm not kidding. Would have taken at least a month if i sent him to a training school :) pool was well kept and maintained. property is overall well maintained, well cut gardens, great bird footfall, decent food

Perhaps a tad too far from beach (~4 kms) - but autos are available right outside. Hotel could have also proactively explained places to see around and helped planned sight seeing journey better (their cab rates were excessive so I ended up googling to find a cheaper alternative)
