Localização muito boa

The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The round-the-clock concierge allowed us to have a flexible schedule and not worry about getting back before a certain time.
The kitchen was clean and adequate, but could do with a little more infrastructure like more fridge and cupboard space. It would also be nice to have a common area that can be used without disturbing guests who are getting an early night.

The manager and one another of staff knew english fluently, they all helped me a lot.there was really clean and completely safe.the wifi was strong enough.I enjoyed being there.the location was very good , near to bus station, metro station and Paulista and liberdade, there were coffees and restaurants around too.you can reach every where you need, but pay attention to go to the station a little bit sooner because the street was a bit uphill and makes you walk slowlier😊
The lockers were a little small for putting backpack in and also didn't have lock itself you should have it by yourself or pay money.if you didn't take back the blankets you should pay money too.the beds didn't have curtains so you had less privacy.

One of the nicest atmospheres ever, all the staff were super friendly and Eder is an amazing manager who made me feel so welcome and accommodated for, going the extra mile. The location is good and value for money was great. Shoutout to will

staff is very mind. around 10min walk to avenida paulista.
air conditioning wasn’t working, floor was dirty and the overall bedroom was not comfortable. I couldn’t trust that towels and linens were clean. Not worth the price.

The staff was really nice
The bed, the cleanliness, the toilets…you need to pay for blankets and towels! The room smelled a bit bad

It didn't feel very secure in room without a room key to lock the room. Security lockers felt like they can be open easily by force. The place didn't feel clean

Pleasant common areas, with couches, tables, garden. I liked that my dorm had ample space to move around. Good location in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, not too far from the metro station and only 5-10 minute walk to supermarkets. There is an in-house bar, they play loud music, but I really liked that they close it early, turn off the lights and enforce quiet hours for people who need to sleep.
It was cold when I visited SP, and they actually charge you extra for blankets, which I found outrageous. In 15+ years of travelling, I had never seen this! The kitchen is quite basic. Beds are not so great, mattresses need to be changed. Some staff members (volunteers) were nice, while some were cold and almost unfriendly. Wifi did not work very well upstairs (in the kitchen), and there are not enough showers (one just broke down during my stay). With a bit more effort, better maintenance and investment, this hostel could be great.

In a safe and quiet location. The owner and one of the volunteers could speak English so it is a bonus for me as almost all the other hostels I have stayed in Brazil only speak Portuguese. They helped me finally get to set up my Brazil Sim card and other information I needed. The room is with a private bathroom.
The room and the bathroom is a bit small. The shower was a bit cold. You needed to pay for the blanket which was a new experience for me

good staff, nice people
most of the lockers are broken and doesn't work

Good location, check in was possible even late.
No blanket provided even though it can be quite cold at night in SãoPaulo. For me that's unacceptable.
No window in the room with 6 people - very bad air. As everyone was cold the AC wasn't used either.
Unfriendliest staff I've met so far traveling. No hello, no smile, nothing.

It’s in a cool neighborhood, and the common areas were nice to work from. The WiFi was reliable.
It was a bit dirty, trash bins seemed to always be full, and some bathrooms didn’t have functioning locks.

Location, yard
Busy kitchen, people faking socialization, bar only open on weekends, tight rooms, small lockers, no towels included in the basic price

Location
I don't usually write negative reviews, but this hostel is an exception. First, bad organized (they gave one bed and then changed it), secondly, not very clean place (dust, litter under beds), thirdly, very uncomfortable low taps, "eco-friendly" hot water system, which gives you literally only 5 minutes to take a shower. Not to mention their "very special" lockers: you can not use your own padlock, because they have fixed lock mechanism, and they offer you to buy a new padlock to be able to use lockers. Everything in this place - for money. I understand, that the price is quite affordable, but seriously, they could have raised it a little, but not disgrace themselves by these petty extortions.
