The houses rented were separated, but we had a great stay.

Nice rooms, nice view, close to the beach Clean rooms and sheets The host was relatively easy to reach

The two houses we rented were about 250m apart so it divided our group in two, basically. It would have been better if it would be specified that there are houses in different places. If there are more cars, you should tell them, because there are not a lot of parking spaces.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The Paradisos beach is nice (but the water is deep).

Great location, 2 minutes from Paradisos beach. It was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Partial beach view (there is a new building in front). Functional washing machine in the bathroom and also functional dishwashing machine in the kitchen.

The road to the beach is flooded and cannot be used if heavy rains occurs in the area (a detour must be made, around 10 minutes). No trash bins around property, the trash must be taken to the big bins near the beach. Very close to other properties but the neighbors were quiet during our stay.

Exceptional

Everything was new, very clean. Beautiful indoor design. Plenty of vegetation around the house with a nice smell of pines. The kitchen was fully equiped. Nothing was missing. Close to the beach and not so far away from the center of Neos Marmaras ( about 12 min walking). The host was there all the time, fully involved and aiming to help.

In some nights was a lot of noise from the other villas in the complex ( noisy neighbours after 12 am in the midnight).

Excellent place, for every recommendation and we would stay here again

The accommodation is really excellent, well equipped and comfortable. The house is located in an excellent location and in a beautifully decorated complex.

Although wifi is stated to be avaiable, it is poor and inappropriate for this location. Single bads in two rooms are short and not intended for the normal height of an adult. But that’s not a reason for s bad grade.

Good location.

Room furniture could be upgraded to modern standards. Quality of Wi-Fi unreliable, even regular cell phone signal was poor. The access road was flooded for one full day, parking space problematic.

Family friendly, close to the beach and excellent holiday home!

Close to the beach, everything in the house is brand new and functional. We were 7 people and house was the perfect size. Attention to detail, for example all windows and doors had mosquito nets, all kithcen accessories including coffee machine, microwave etc. Very clean. All towels and bed linnen were changed every 3 days. Nice outside area and 2 parking places.

The beds were all different lenghts. Two double beds were 190cm, 2 single beds were 180cm and 2 single beds were only 170cm! Very hard beds and squeaky as well. Internet was alsmost not available on the 2nd floor and the speed was not up to par.

Lovely stay in Botanica

Very nice villa near Neos Marmaras village. Very clean and quiet, nice bathrooms and outdoor terraces. Many tavernas and supermarkets nearby. Lovely and friendly hosts.

WiFi was struggling and was not stable. It might be a problem in the whole village, as 4G was often also not available or was slow.

Maria was very kindess , everything is clean . They gave us beach towels .

Internet is veryyyyy bad and we use the internet of a neighbour. Access to the apartment is very bad by car because they haven’t classis road but a deserted riverbed .

Not like in the pictures, but good enough

The villa was clean, we had our towels and sheets changed daily. The terrace was great.

The villas looked bigger in pictures (inside and outside)... they were pretty close (fortunately, we were the only ones there during our stay) and there was not much space inside. The villas were not that close to the beach (as claimed)
