About this house rental
Nice house in the center of Granada. In one of the neighborhoods with the most personality in the city, where you will get to know the authentic life of Granada, as well as the best Tapas and Restaurants bars. Perfect to get to know the city on foot, being one of the few houses left in the city center.
Accommodation
The house was built almost 60 years ago and has been recently renovated with the best quality. You can say that it is special, being the few houses with two floors that remain in the center.
It consists of two courtyards of 25 m2 each, perfect for your pets if they wish.
Inside, in addition to a comfortable decoration, A / C and heating, you can enjoy a spacious living room with sofa bed, TV, and access to a cozy patio. In the kitchen you can enjoy all kinds of appliances (Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave or Nespresso machine)
On the second floor you will find two Suite-type bedrooms. Both with private bathroom, double bed and great closets. In one of them, being very large, you will find a magnificent trundle bed.

The house is located in a perfect enclave, just a step away from the beautiful park of the Salon where the Genil River passes and the Basilica de las Angustias (Patroness of Granada) and less than 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral, The Alhambra, Realejo , Albaicin or University.
Its situation makes it unique by having the most important monuments so close and being the few areas where you can reach by car, park and especially connect easily with the Sierra Nevada Highway and the Beach.

Diego was great and very helpful. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the space was great. It is located about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center which was perfect for us. There were also several places close by to eat and drink as well. The walk to the Alhambra was a bit more difficult about 35-40 minutes and a lot of uphill but all of the kids were able to do it. We rented a car and were able to find street parking without much difficulty near the house and didn't have to struggle through any city traffic to get there. After that, we did everything by foot. We had an awesome time in Granda. Overall, highly recommended and we will stay there again on our next visit to Granada

La casa está muy completa y con muy buena distribución, además tienes la posibilidad de organizar las camas a tu gusto, nosotros éramos 8 y estuvimos muy bien.
Lo mejor es que estás como en tu casa, porque parece que vas a una casa habitada, tiene de todo: además del completo menaje y enseres, tienes productos de higiene en el baño, de limpieza para la casa y la cocina, y condimentos básicos en la cocina.
Fuimos en diciembre y, aunque hizo buen tiempo, fue una pena no poder aprovechar las dos terrazas tan coquetas que tiene.
Aunque vivimos un poco lejos, no descartamos repetir.
La ubicación también es muy buena.
Recomendable 100%.
