About this villa rental
This villa has two bedrooms, a large living room-dining room combination, and a modern, eat-in kitchen. It is conveniently located in the village of Nesso, midway between the city of Como and the beautiful town of Bellagio, this comfortable, charming villa boasts magnificent views of Lake Como from all windows, and is within easy reach of a variety of restaurants, shopping, hiking, and other places on the Lake. Enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine on the wrap-around balcony, take a boat ride to the famous Villas Carlotta and Balbianello, or plan a day trip to Milano or Lugano.
We have install ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and a big central fan in the living room.

Great Host! Great Location! Beautiful Layout! Great Parking Available limited Shopping butGreat friendly locals! The bus leads to everywhere except on Monday. It’s a must drive to location in Nesso as ubers and taxis too expensive and difficult to obtain! Too hot no AC…. Only two appliances can be utilized at once, the dishwasher was full and dirty when we arrived. We tried to start it but unable to. Ambiance is a 10 - even with a lot of spiders and spider webs and beetles coming up from drain. It is still a very much recommended location! Views spectacular and nearby restaurants a plus. Waterfall , bridges, ferry and beaches a bit tough to get to!

We loved our time here! Nesso is a nice, quiet retreat from the crowded areas of Bellagio and Como. We loved sitting on the balcony and exploring the town. Thank you!

Remarkable setting, overlooking Lake Como. Large apartment, friendly owner, good homebase for exploring the area. Parking is VERY convenient.

The house is very nice and fully equipped. It has a nice balcony to enjoy the scenery. It has an ample size private parking lot. Although address is easily accessible, GPS doesn't help you to find it easily. I followed host's directions. I am attaching a google map picture to show where to exist from main road to get to the house. There is a mini market in walking distance.
