Amazing place. The staff are friendly and the location is like a paradise. Highly recommended

Some member of the crew made an effort to provide a good service. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was so poor, the fruits were old. And despite the complaints, every coffee provided in three of the four days was old and almost undrinkable. Also they provided tap water (cold and unfiltered) when we requested water to prepare tea in the apartment. Privacy was a problem, we could listen the people in the neighbor apartment. In the last two nights the bathroom had sewage smell. The parking lot was dirty. Became muddy and slippery after some rain. The "Mezzanino" area remains closed much part of the time, and they never lighted the fireplace in the entrance lobby. In the check-out they charged more than BRL 200 (+ R$ 200,) for four tea cups at the room service.

Facilities are great, view is great, staff is great, location is a bit out of the way - which is what we were looking for. Fireplace in the common area - it's fantastic to sit around it in the evening. There's a cute little waterfall 15 minutes walking from the hotel; definitely worth a short visit.

These are very minor notes but: a) could add a bit more variety to breakfast menu: queijo branco, iogurte; b) the water filter is out of the way in the employee kitchen. Again, this is minor - the staff were very accommodating.

The spectacular view, friendly staff, and good breakfast, bed, and shower were the significant points.

I like most of the things there. The only point that I can say is about the location that is not located in the city center but not too far.
