The living room includes a smart TV. The apartment offers a stunning view of the historic center and the sea, and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Both bedrooms are spacious, with a desk and a reading nook. The apartment is located on the third floor. Restaurants, bars, and small shops are just a short walk away. There is no car traffic in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the city center in five minutes and the beach in 10–15 minutes. Free street parking is available about 150 meters from the apartment. Wi-Fi. To reach the building, you’ll need to climb some stairs. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The apartment itself was fantastic. Very well set up. Would have loved to be able to stay there except for the access to the apartment itself. Being unable to walk very well the hundreds of steps from the square to the apartment were difficult to navigate. So it was quite a physical seat to get to and from the apartment. Other than that, it was a great stay the apartment is located, which is more preferable for younger people or people without any physical mobility issues.

We had a fantastic week in Vivian's apartment. The apartment was clean and a cool hideaway in the midday heat. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenage children. Very good place for exploring the old town (Terracina) and restaurants
The only downside is the many stairs and unevens pavements involved....
No fire escape provided in flat but there is a fire blanked provided, be aware
